From the living area, you have direct access to the roofed terrace of 20 m2. Please be aware that the entrance hall has a low door height of 180 cm. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. It is important to note that the 2 double bedrooms and the shower/WC are located outside the main apartment unit, and access to the apartment on the first floor is provided via the terrace. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
