In the lovingly and modern furnished family villa you will feel good. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms - even with sea view from the bed, a children's room, 4 + 2 sleeps, bathroom and guest toilet, kitchen, living room, a large terrace and a balcony.
The ground floor offers one bedroom, sleeps 2 persons (+2 children), bathroom, kitchen with dining area.
Of course, the high-quality furnishings in both living areas include a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels, duvet covers, a complete kitchen equipment, a baby bed and a high-quality sofa bed.

Outside there is the private pool (30 m²) with large sunbathing areas. Coniferous trees, palm trees, lavender and sage bushes, olive trees and lemon trees grow on the 1,500 m² plot. There are garden furniture, children's furniture, a trampoline, a covered outdoor shower and a barbecue. To keep fit, you can swim and splash in the pool, play table tennis or you can hike - because directly behind the villa begins a mountain trail that even leads to the top of the Ucka Nature Park.

In the immediate vicinity you can expect a rich leisure activities: You can go hiking in the Ucka Mountains (1400 m), diving, parasailing, beach volleyball, charter boat tours or just on the village's large beach with children's beach and playground or on beautiful pebble beaches the environment to your heart's content. Of course, the region also offers a wide range of restaurants from luxury to simple fish restaurants and wine cellars.
The house is on the hillside (see photo from the balcony), on foot it is about 7 minutes to the beach, back it takes a bit longer. It is more comfortable by car. Opposite the beach there is a grocery store for daily groceries. The large supermarkets such as Spar, Lidl etc. are about 3 km further away in Opatija, where there are petrol stations, banks and all other shopping, dining and shopping opportunities.
The airport of Rijeka is only 40 km and from Pula 90 km!

Amazing Villa

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The villa is amazing and was more than enough room for the 7 of us. Pool was used multiple times a day by all followed by lazy lunches under the canopy’s and family bbq’s. Evenings spent on balcony off the lounge playing family games and enjoying cold drinks. Accommodation is very clean and the photos don’t do it justice to how nice it is. The views are spectacular from all balcony’s and rooms making our week long stay special for everyone

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool wurde mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt (nach Absprache).Die Einliegerwohnung im UG, war mit allem ausgestattet. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und die Ausziehcouch, sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die große Wohnung im EG, war sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Landschaft sind besonders und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Natur machen das Anwesen zu etwas Besonderem. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Sportangebote gibt es ausreichend.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia Angela hat super geklappt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, dafür muss man aber in Kauf nehmen, dass man entweder mit dem Auto fahren muss oder zu Fuß einen steilen Berg hinauf muss. Das ist natürlich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles andere ist toll. Vielen Dank für die schönen 14 Tage.

Wunderschöne Villa

Hier passt einfach alles. Modernes sehr sauberes Ambiente- alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.Die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool und den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum chillen sind sehr gepflegt, modern und gut durchdacht angelegt. Der Garten mit den Olivenbäumen und anderen wie ( Feigenbaum/ Aprikosenbaum/Quittenbaum, Zitronen, Artischocke uvm) lädt ein zum verweilen und bietet zudem einen tollen Sichtschutz. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend.Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen.

Wir waren in dem Haus mit 6 Kids zwischen 14 und 17 Jahren und haben jede Menge Spaß gehabt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, der Vermieter hat für alle möglichen Spiel- und Spaßmöglichkeiten gesorgt. Tischtennis, Netzt fürs Wasser, Federball, Luftpumpe für Luftmatratzen usw.usw. Auch das Haus war top ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: Der Rückweg vom Strand ist hart, weil sehr steil bergauf, unten bekommt man i.d. Regel keinen Parkplatz. Wir kommen wieder!

Entspannte Urlaubstage

Wir durften im Juni 2024 zwei erholsame Wochen in der Villa Capra Verde verbringen. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes gut gefallen hat uns der geschützte Balkon auf dem man auch noch ganz wunderbar sitzen kann wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist. Silvia Angela ist eine super nette Gastgeberin die immer problemlos zu erreichen war. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr!

Tolle Familienzeit mit Baby

Mit Baby war die Unterkunft perfekt, mit Kleinkind würde ich sie nicht wählen, da es einige unebene Stufen im Außengelände gibt. Die Aussicht zum Meer war atemberaubend, einfach traumhaft. Jedoch der Weg zum Meer zu Fuß aufgrund der Steigung für uns nicht machbar. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren super, endlich mal genügend Geschirr für Alle und gutes Werkzeug zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit, danke dafür!

Wunderschön!

Wir hatten tolle Tage. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Pool ein Traum! Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Mit drei Autos konnten wir direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Weg vom Haus zum Ort/Strand ist allerdings recht steil, dafür ist die Aussicht super ;-) Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Silvia Angela lief total problemlos und sie hat uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben - danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick, sehr sehr sauber!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet einen grandiosen Blick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Der gepflegte Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Strand ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch besser als auf den Bildern, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und modern. Der Blick vom Pool und den beiden Terrassen ist einfach atemberaubend!! Sehr schöne Villa mit sensationellem Ausblick und phantastischer Gastgeberin

Die Villa Capra Verde bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für den perfekten Urlaub und einen sensationellen Ausblick über die Kvarner Bucht. Sie ist auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Istrien (Rovenji, Pula, Motovun, etc.) und auf die Inseln in der Bucht. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Villa sind absolut zutreffend und geben das Erscheinungsbild gut wieder. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien, W-LAN, TV (bei dem Ausblick aber eher nebensächlich), Bettzeug und Handtücher in großer Menge und alles neuwertig und sauber. Die Villa ist auch hervorragend für Urlaub mit Kleinkindern geeignet. So sind beispielsweise die Geländer und Gitter an den Terassen und Balkonen eng genug, so dass für unsere 20-monatige Tochter keine Gefahr bestand. Ebenso sind Kinderbett, -wanne und andere Untensilien (absolut neuwertig) vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin, Frau Jurisevic, ist extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit (per Telefon/WhatsApp) erreichbar. Bereist vor der Anreise versorgte sie uns mit ersten Hinweisen, Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt einfach ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil!

Incredible Views, Amazing Home

This was an incredible find! The house is even better than the photos online. Very spacious for our family of 5! The home had a great dining deck, private pool with outdoor shower, living room with view deck and spacious kitchen and dining for 4. The home is located high on a hill which offers the most spectacular views and feels very safe. It has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs (room #1: queen size bed, room #2: queen size bed, room #3: 2 twin beds) all with air conditioning. 1 room/1 bath downstairs with private entrance and its own kitchen (downstairs bedroom: king size bed & amazing bathroom) also with air conditioning. Laundry facility with drying racks also available. And to top it off they were amazing hosts! We will rent this home every time we come to the Opatija Riviera!
