The most luxurious unit in Oasis, formerly knows as Phoenix West II! Unit 211 has an enormous wrap-around balcony, 16' ceilings throughout, and exquisite designer touches at every turn. As you enter the unit, you're immediately greeted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The living room is broad enough for the whole family to lounge comfortably, and the kitchen/dining room provide ample seating for bar-height dining and preparing a feast. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



This unit is perfectly located on the 2nd floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down one flight.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, there is a king bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, queen and full sized beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping 10. Every bedroom in this condo provides balcony access and has its own en suite bath. The condo offers a 65'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom a 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This is an amazing property! The condo was as described and pictured, very clean, everything worked, beds were comfortable and the condo was beautifully decorated. You could not ask for a better location within the complex! The complex has 24 our security and felt very safe. The pools, splash pad and lazy river were all very clean. We did not use the basketball, cornhole, or outdoor grilling area but all looked very nice and was being used by others. The host was very responsive to all inquiries. We hope to return to this particular property many more times in the future!

Spacious and clean condo

Our family enjoyed this condo, we especially liked the location on the 2nd floor so we could avoid the elevators. We also liked that all 4 bedrooms had private bathrooms. The living area and balcony were very spacious! We would stay here again.

Sign on front door welcomes you as you enter a luxurious unit. Very spacious with high ceilings throughout. Location was perfect – overlooking splash pad, pool and view to beach. Communication was excellent. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo

One of the most beautiful condos we’ve rented. Loved the high ceilings, spacious well furnished balcony, and decor. Fully stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The only complaint we had was the parking garage. For some reason one entire side was closed. One of the selling points was the ability to park on the same level as our room, however this wasn’t the case. Overall a great experience and have made notes to try and rent this unit in the future.

Great trip,

We, 4 couples, loved our stay. The property was just as pictured. The previous December 2021 bad review about cleanliness is NOT WARRANTED. The large deck was a big hit. We did have 2 minor concerns. There was construction on the property which we did not find out about until a week before our trip. (Tennis courts were closed.) Also the grills are charcoal, not gas, and not very convenient. Located near tennis courts.

Great condo but construction noise

Construction noise on the unit above us started just after 6:00 am which got us up and going much earlier than we wanted since we would stay up late the previous nights playing games. Construction for a new pool also made noise with us being on the second floor and right next to it but the noise was minimal and didn’t start as early in the morning.

Wonderful Spacious Rental

The bedroom with the full and queen bed in it is TIGHT however for a family of four, know that going into it. (Parents and young children.) Patio furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Two coffee pits, a regular drip pot and a mid size Keurig. The biggest drawback with this resort is, of course, the parking which sorely needs to be addressed. The new addition of the oasis bar and adult pool is wonderful with the exception that you are not allowed to bring in your own drinks in the adult pool section is selfish, after all you have already paid resort fees included with your condo. I must say, security was a little lax around the slide. Leave it to the kids to ignore ALL the rules as soon as there is no attendant. Thankfully, there were no injuries and eventually this was rectified. My contact for rental was superb and renting from Phoenix Rentals LLC was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I never felt forgotten and absolutely everything was done just as promised from deposit to final payment, access etc. Having said that, bulbs in the overhead microwave should be replaced as the black touchpad on the stove cannot be seen at night. I also politely ask that you adjust the parking for a FOUR BR condo. It should at the very least be guaranteed for 3 vehicles on property especially since outings always require a car for travel. Very little is within walking distance and a four lane highway to cross without crossings is frightening to say the least!

NEVER AGAIN-Do NOT Recommend

While this condo is beautiful/spacious/great view, it did not outweigh problems we had! The property manager was helpful at first BUT with each problem became less helpful and resorted to being rude and outright lying about our complaints/conversations. I would not stay at ANY property she managed, again. We've been to OB several times and this is BY FAR the most trouble we've had. Our room was very dirty, which was well-documented with multiple pictures/emails to the PM. There was urine/body hair left on the bathmat in one room, body hair in ALL of the showers/tubs , dried urine splatters on the bottom of two of the bathroom doors, mold in showers/tubs, dust balls everywhere, mold in the ice maker, food under the dining table, the washer couldn't be used due to a loud scraping sound and we were afraid we'd get charged if it broke while we were using it...The HVAC was a joke. It took three days for the manager to deal with it and 4 technicians to convince her the thermostats needed replaced. At one point, she told us nothing was wrong and to just "close the curtains" to block the sun if it was too hot. The temp would flux 10-15 degrees no matter what the temp was set at. We were up messing with it all hours of the night and were either freezing or burning up. We tried just shutting it off but it would turn back on all by itself!! The maintenance manager of the building was rude and refused to wear a mask into the condo and left without fixing thermostat (when we have high-risk people in our group...which is why we chose this condo due to the separate entrance and no need for the elevator). Several of our group have asthma and/or are allergic to mold and got sick while there. Due to covid we couldn't leave to go somewhere else while sick so we were stuck there. The property manager did send the cleaning crew back and, after two days of asking, refunded cleaning fee. They didn't clean all of the things, including the soiled/hairy bathmat..I washed it myself (which is when we discovered the washer wasn't working right) and cleaned the doors myself. I was told by Julia that "I must not have mentioned it to the maintenance man". I told her I did but he said to talk to her. When I told her we'd like to leave and wanted a refund of only HALF of our stay she said "no...she wouldn't refund us anything, especially if we left early". She added that I could have just set the soiled bathmat aside and stated "most condos don't even have bathmats"!
