Take vacation comfort to a new level at this three-bedroom, two-bath corner condo (P3-3029) on the 2nd floor of Phoenix III. This spacious low-floor condo sleeps ten guests.
After one look at the tiled living area, guests will want to sink into the sofa and forget about everything except being on the doorstep of Alabamaâs sugar-white beaches. The living area overlooks the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and also features a leather recliner and a large, flatscreen television.
The living space has a sleeper sofa and makes way to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and granite countertops with a large breakfast bar, which seats three. The glass-topped dining table seats six and overlooks the stunning coastline through floor-to-ceiling windows.
A King-size bed greets guests in the master bedroom with it private, north-facing balcony, wall-mounted flatscreen television and a leather recliner for added relaxation. An ensuite master bath has a granite countertop, single-sink vanity and a tiled, walk-in shower. .
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a wall-mounted flatscreen television, while the third bedroom has a king size bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The guest bathroom features a lovely granite countertop with an oval sink and a bathtub and shower combination.
Guests are invited to enjoy relaxing getaway days on the large balcony with its patio loveseat glider and a classy four-seat wood table thatâs ready for some refreshing drinks and some wine, if it fits your style.
Phoenix III features an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a sauna, and a grilling area.
The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 4.5 miles east of State Highway 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

This was the nicest condo we've stayed at in terms of kitchen, dining table, outdoor and indoor furniture. The aesthetic was pleasing and modern. The sheets were a bit scratchy, but mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen contained anything you could need to make any type of meal. If the master bedroom had a balcony with beach view, it would have been perfect. Loved the L shaped balcony off the living/dining room for perfect views. Will book again!
The actual complex was amazing. This actual condo needed some maintenance.
The vertical blinds were all missing parts, the master shower has a broken towel rack, the twin beds were very wobbly and had a broken leg. There were no pot holders or dish cloths.
Pros: enough space for the 9 of us, lots of dishes, excellent location and views.
