Located in the beautiful gated Palm Harbor community in Orange Beach. “Rose Beach” offers guests 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living rooms and countless upgrades throughout the property, which spans more than 4,100 total square feet!. Water lovers enjoy deeded beach access directly across from the street will rejoice at the abundance of fantastic Back bay features offered at this property, such as a boat slip, and private community outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day fishing in the Gulf or jet skiing in the beautiful Bay waters.

Guests are warmly welcomed into the spacious home, featuring contemporary furnishings mixed with classic island décor. The living room features plush furniture to make relaxing as a family or group of friends as easy as can be, and the entertainment set up is perfect for watching the big game or catch up on your favorite films on 70 inches screen. The fully furnished kitchen is ideal for creating delicious culinary masterpieces or simply provides a focal point for drinks and appetizers before heading out to one of the famed local eateries. The eating area is remodel for gathering up to 16 people sitting between the dinning room and the kitchen area. The dinning area and the kitchen are connected with a large island counter with 4 stools. This large place is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas or family reunion.

The 5 bedrooms of this great property each offer plush bedding and roomy layouts. The master suite and second bedroom offer 2 queen sized beds, while the third bedrooms features a queen and the fourth offers 2 Queen over twin bulk beds. The fifth bedroom has been remodel to include triple sliding glass door with blind for privacy with queen bed. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the living room for additional guest convenience.

Elegant upgrades such as hardwood flooring throughout the homes adds the perfect touch of luxury to the property, and guests will love the boat slip, perfect for water enthusiasts of all ages!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was lovely and roomy. The kitchen was furnished to cook for breakfast and able to accommodate all 10 of us. Enough bedrooms and bathroom rooms. We were close to the beach and to many restaurants. We would consider renting again.

Such a beautiful home to stay in. Nice large Living room for everyone to spread out. Was able to enjoy mornings with the whole group because of the large kitchen and attached dining room. The property manager was great and very responsive.

Great stay in Orange Beach!

We loved this house in Orange Beach! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The house is gorgeous and perfect for our three families. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly a short walk to the beach! The kids also enjoyed the community pool. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Nice home

The house is located close to community pool and tennis courts, it is an easy walk around the circle, the dock is very nice. Only drawback is no crosswalk to beach, you have to wait on traffic but is was easier than I thought it would be.

Beautiful house with lots of room to spread out.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for our party of 11. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other at all. The pool area was clean and well kept. We had an issue with one of the beds while we were there and the owner was very responsive and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Fantastic and Friendly--Everything You Could Want is Here!

This is absolutely an amazing property to stay at. There was plenty of space for our family to come together, and the siblings were able to bring their spouses and children with no problems feeling cramped. The house was spacious, clean, and stocked with what we needed. Since I like to cook, having things handy really helped as the kitchen was stocked. The guys had easy access to go fishing, and the gals enjoyed lounging at the nearby pool. Even the pool was clean! The tennis courts are right there if you are wanting a quick game. I also love that the property had WiFi access since I still had to work for part of the week. Most importantly, I need to mention that the property manager was super friendly and helpful. He was easy to get a hold of and had answers right away. We definitely enjoyed the rental and the customer service so much that we are thinking of renting again! This place is definitely worth it!!!

What a wonderful property! The house is set up wonderful for large family. Plenty of space to relax. Joseph was wonderful to work with and very attentive! Only downfall is no crosswalk for beach access. Would definitely recommend!

The house is awesome. It was clean and just a wonderful place to stay. Joseph answered us right away when we had questions. Our family had a great time. The biggest complaint we have is the 5 lane road between the house and the beach. Unfortunately, with two young children it was as if we were playing frogger to get over to the beach. So, I have no complaints with the house itself but getting to the beach is just rough.

Overall the house was a good fit for our 11 person family. Some of the bathrooms did not have towels and only one bathroom had a bath mat which was a hazard for someone to slip and fall. We searched for a cookie sheet and finally located it on day 3. The kitchen is not particularly organized. The dryer takes several cycles to dry a "normal" load of clothes or towels.

Just lovely

We’ve been vacationing in GS for 20 years and Rose Beach House is one of our new favorites. Our recent stay over the Christmas holiday was just lovely. The Christmas lights on the porch and bushes were a nice holiday suprise. Upon entering the house, it was spotlessly clean and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. The highlight of the home is the HUGE and comfortable living room with 70in TV. Perfect for family movie nights. My in-laws also enjoyed watching the news in the kitchen with their morning coffee. The kitchen is the best stocked of all the homes we’ve stayed in. All 4 bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and well decorated. The tongue&groove wood ceiling in the Master (and living room) are stunning. We were a bit worried about crossing Beach Blvd to get to the beach- but discovered quickly it was a breeze. Actually faster to get to the water than several of the beachfront high rises we’ve stayed in. The ocean is a short distance from the deeded access boardwalk (directly across the street) to the water - so pulling our beach cart 1/2 the typical distance across the sand is much easier. If renting in the summer- the pool is just across the back yard path. And the docks will be beautiful once the hurricane repairs are complete (they had made great progress already). Normally we don’t have much to say about owner/managers but I can’t be complementary enough of Mr Le. He was super helpful, even giving us some directions to crabbing locations. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he picked up our call immediately to give us the forgotten code. Unfortunately the pump on the washing machine went out (these things happen). BC of the holiday, Mr Le couldn’t get it replaced/repaired during our stay. But he offered to pay to have his housekeeping team do our personal laundry several times during our trip. Well above what would be expected but much appreciated. GREAT customer service. Note: as indicated in the previous review- windows blew out of the Turquoise across the street during the hurricane. There is tempered glass in the yards everywhere (not just this home but the whole neighborhood). The subdivision maintenance man caught us headed to the beach and let us know he sweeps daily, but was kind to warn us to wear shoes outside.

Thanksgiving 2020

Overall we had a wonderful time and the property was just fine. We understood that due to Hurricane Sally the windows had just been replaced so there was glass all around the exterior of the property. This may have also explained some of the damaged on the interior of the walls as well. There were areas that had been spackled but not painted, painters tape was still up on the ceiling that we removed. We were a bit disappointed that the 2 living areas were back to back and did not give a separate place for teenagers to hang out. Having the kitchen stocked with everyday items like enough silverware for 10 people, a dish rack and oven mitts would also be a plus.
