This beautiful condo is located in Phoenix 7. You get size of a house with the amenities of a condo. If you are looking for that special and unique place to spend time with your family and friends at the beach...you have found it! Beach Heaven is the combination of a two and three bedroom condo that gives you a multitude of space to laugh, love and create memories in. And YES...they open up to each other in the inside...so it is like one unit. You will find five spacious bedrooms, two will be directly oceanfront. There are two dining areas and two kitchens, one with a large island/gathering area. You will find several TV's, but most importantly you will hear the incredible sound of the ocean. It is paradise.

You will find this light and beachy condo a joy from the moment you enter. You will love the size which gives you the opportunity to be all together, or have separate spaces when you need it. Over 2400 sf. of living space gives you a change to be together, but not on top of each other. There are two separate balconies, four bathrooms and all the kitchen items you might need to make those wonderful means together. And the views --- they will take your breath away. The fourth floor is perfect!

Whether you are coming for a vacation or are snowbirds looking to not shovel snow, this condo offers you so much. Snowbirds coming with friend can rent out the condo and share---providing you private space and yet a chance to be together.

Good, but could be better

Pros: Size and location were great for our family of 13. Everyone had their own space to go to. It was nice having two kitchens to prepare large meals. Cons: It seemed most kitchen items were in the main kitchen. However, more silverware would be helpful, especially if max occupancy.It looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. Kitchen table was very visibly streaked with residue and room corners and under beds were dusty/dirty. Unused pillows were found under beds. One room did not have a TV. Property could use a little TLC. Lots of burned out bulbs making it hard to figure out light switches. Would be helpful if they were labeled. Also bulbs in the oven and above stove were out. Main couch cushions were worn and torn and not very comfortable. Would also recommend more hooks to hang towels and floor mats in the bathrooms. We had to put regular towels down to not slip on the tile. Overall: stay was enjoyable. Would stay again, but don’t know that it would be our first choice.

The ratings on this property are VERY misleading! This condo was filthy and needs a deep clean! The condition of this unit is hazardous. Upon entering, the unit seemed to have minor issues (ie dust caked on the lights and fans & mildewed/molded shower liners and curtains). As we got ready for bed we discovered more issues. Many of the beds had stained mattresses w/o any protective coverings, bedding was visibly stained in one room with trash atop, green mold in the bottom of the shower adjacent to the Queen room w/a broken shower door. The table had a broken leg on a chair & the glass tabletop moved while eating. The couch was so worn and difficult to get up from w/ rips in the cushions & or zippers. The chair in the King Master almost broke while sitting in it. The pillows were flat & tons of hair was in the shower & floors had visible dirt. In the Q/Twin room there was a visible head print on the pillow case from the last visitor. This place was NASTY! The 1st night we pulled the sheets off each bed, put a blanket down over the mattresses, & slept w/our beach towels covering the pillows & as our cover. We went to the store the 1st night & got cleaning supplies to clean the entire unit & to wash every piece of bedding as the towels had hair in them too! The fridge had hair & microwave too! I Contacted the host 1st night & was met with more excuses vs problem solving. She offered for cleaners to come back the next day but we had already cleaned when she text me at 2pm.
Ripped couch. I didn’t get a phot of the broken chair in the kitchen.
Shower curtain. Mildew/mold was all over it.
Stained mattress. I didn’t get pictures of them all. This bed didn’t have a mattress cover.
The nasty dust mop that was used to clean the unit. This was like this when we entered the unit. We had to buy our own mop & bucket.

Perfect in every way!

We loved this property! I've been looking for adjoining condos for a while and we were finally blesssed! We will most definatley be repeat customers. I love the fact that it's on the 4th floor - Im afraid of heights, but the 4th floor is very comfortable for me. The space is fabulous, plenty of room to share space, but also have quiet time in my own space. Bravo!

Perfect for multi generations

This property was perfect for multi generations as we had plenty of space for everyone. Parking was included for only 1 car and then it was over $50 per car for each additional car for the week. It wasn't clear when we made the reservation that one bedroom did not have an attached bathroom. The two full kitchens is a very nice feature. Also it was wonderful to have beach chairs available for us to use! Another great feature was the two washers and two dryers so we could do laundry before leaving.

Perfect location and incredible communication

From the first day we booked, I knew this stay would be incredible and it definitely was. Communication was fantastic. The owner is so sweet and genuinely wants to help make your stay great. The condo itself is great. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the gulf and pools. It’s super close to the elevator and trash chute. We had plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 teens, and 6 kids. Having two separate living spaces was wonderful. The building is towards the end of the main strip so you’re still close to everything but not right in the middle of the noise and traffic. My only complaints are that the showers hadn’t been cleaned and a lot of dishes had been put up dirty by the guests before us or the cleaning company. Also the outdoor chairs and kitchen knives are pretty worn and need to be replaced. None of that would make me not stay again and I have no doubt that had I brought it up while there, she would have taken care of it immediately. We were too busy having fun to worry about it.

It would be helpful if Smart TV's were in each room. We did go out and purchase ROKU sticks for use when we were there. I requested a description of the bedroom configuration for the 2 bed room and was told there was a king size bed and a queen but on arrival it was a queen and double bunk beds.

We love the area however we will not stay at this location again. It was not clean at all
 the floors, linens, dirty dishes hidden in cabinets etc. The sliding doors were broken . I expected so much more especially considering the cost. So disappointing!!

Great stay for a large family

We had a large group: 6 adults and 6 six kids. The place was perfect for our needs, and we didn’t have any issues that came up. The beach was never too crowded. Would definitely stay again.
