The property was beautiful with a great view of the bay and the pool. Also, it was very quiet which was relaxing. The check in desk is at the property next door, so that was an inconvenience since we took a shuttle to this property as directed. Otherwise, it had everything we needed.
Renting the condo was good. Wasnât told about parking cars. I called told 2 car limit. No one mentioned car passes $35.00 per car. For what we paid for the condo I was disappointed in the fee. Most part condo was nice. The recliner was broken and o complained to Brett Robinson & toilet wasnât flushing properly in one of bathrooms.
Upon booking this condo, i never received any information about checking in or about the condo. I had to call the POTB2 which also was an act of Congress. Never had WIFI. I called the desk several times in which they gave me multiple wrong passwords i finally gave up! This condo states it sleeps 10 BUT the front desk would only give us 8 passes for people. I had to pay for additional bands. Then for a condo for 10 people you have to pay $45 PER VEHICLE to stay on property. So we had to pay additional money on top of the condo for our 4 vehicles. Usually in condos you get one or two parking passes free, not with this condo. The parking garage is TIGHT everyday i was scared we would hit someone coming in or out. The condo itself has a beautiful view! Beds were comfy and unit was clean! However every fan in every room made a noise like it was going to break when turning. The recliner in the living room was broke.
