Salt Air is a stunning vacation rental located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This beautiful property features 3 spacious bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 and a half bathrooms, and ample living space for up to 10 guests. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet. The home is located just minutes from the beach, and is steps away to Ole River where you will find an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals. Come experience the boat life we have here in Orange Beach, AL. Boat out to the islands and then to one of the local restaurants for lunch. When you arrive back to The Osprey, shower off and jump in the zero entry pool to rinse all the salt water away. Salt Air is across the street from the beach, but you will have views of Ole River from your balcony.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Amazing stay !

The house is beautiful, very modern and easily accessible. We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 kids and the space was perfect. Kids loved the bunk beds. Bathrooms were very up to date as well kitchen. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Across the street from the beach. Highly recommend this place !

Great Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room, and very clean and modern. Great communication from the rental owner. Centrally located. The only slight would be that the beach access is a bit of a travel if you have little ones. This is really cancelled out by all of the amenities of this condo and neighborhood. Would definetely stay here again.

Hated to Leave!

This was our family's first time to Orange Beach, Alabama, and this home helped to make it a great visit! Everything was fresh, new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The property manager was also very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!

Family Beach Time

Property is still under construction (if morning noice is not a big deal then your good) house is beautiful (loved it) just one mishap in the guest room w/ the pool view, very bright in the morning may need a sun light blocking shade or curtains also in this room the ceiling fan makes noise once is turned on. Other then that we would definitely stay in this house again, location is great. Thank you,

The family room and kitchen were perfect for all of us to play games and cook up quick snacks. We loved the furnishings and finishes in the home. The primary bedroom and bath were super luxurious. The house was a distance from the beach but we could get there quickly. The pool was very nice and though a little chilly, we would definitely use it in the summer. Parking was great and had plenty of room for three cars. We happened to be in Orange Beach for their annual art festival and that was really awesome. Great artists and their community art center is lovely.

We thought the pool was great and was never over crowded. There aren’t a ton of chairs around the pool but I never once saw every chair in use, so that wasn’t a problem! The ice machine was a real plus for our coolers everyday. The only negative about the property was the lack of a beach access. You need to travel roughly a quarter of a mile for the public beach access ($10 all day parking). Overall a great stay!

Docks were great for parking our boat...electricity to charge the boat and a fish cleaning station to use. The pool area was great, lots of room to spread out if there were ever any others there. The home was super comfortable for 3 couples, love that we all had king beds and our own bathrooms. The cleanliness of the house was immaculate! The appliances were new and the kitchen ice machine was a PLUS. We were within walking distance of beach access and a few restaurants. COASTAL was one of our favorites, we loved the outdoor area with music. Quick ride to many other places we enjoyed: Florabama, Tacky Jacks, Foley outlet mall, Lamberts, and the Wharf. The location was central to anything we needed; groceries, medicine, food, and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay!
