The place was very clean and loved the location. The stove did not work very well. Only 1 burner on the stove worked. You should bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing soap. They provided all that but it was very cheap products and did not last. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Would recommend this place. Perfect view of the ocean.

Great views of the beach

If youre coming to the beach the location is great. Views are great. It was comfortable but not a 5 star place. The outdoor pool was broke all but 1 day that we were there. When i mentioned it I felt like the rental manager didn't really care. There's 1 room that had a hole cut into the wall to fix something in the laundryroom, and just put the drywall back up. Didn't patch it or paint it. Sliding doors were very difficult to open. The appliances didn't work really well. Master bathroom sink was loose. Beds were comfortable.

Good location

The location is great. Good beach access and a great balcony with an awesome view. The elevator situation is a nightmare. It took far too long so we used the stairs a lot. The property was not as clean as other vrbo places we've stayed at and not as well stocked.

Beach is great as always, but i wouldn't stay here again

Orange beach is my favorite place to vacation, and this condo is in a great spot. Its pretty dated, which led to some quality-of-life issues, which is why I wouldnt stay again. None of the tubs could hold water for a bath, which frustrated my kids (you could buy a drain cover, but I didnt want to for just a few days), the stove and oven work, but not well, and made cooking in the condo difficult. The cabinets have pretty significant water damage, making them all stick pretty bad. The sliding doors to go outside are also pretty rusty, meaning that only 2 of our party could muscle them open most of the time. Individually, these are tiny issues - but I'll choose a different place next time, as this condos price was comparable to many others.

Spring Break trip

We decided on this property due to the spacious beach front and amenities, large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, and 3 hot tubs, not to mention, racquet ball, basketball, tennis and shuffle board. We had plenty of space although we only had 4 staying. Everything was clean, no issues. The property management was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo in a great location

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orange Beach. The condo offered 4 beds in three bedrooms and two full baths. The large balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The splash pool and outdoor pool were perfect for the kids. We will be back to this unit in one month for another stay. We loved it!

Pros: First off, you can’t beat the ocean view at this location! It was amazing to wake up, go to the balcony, enjoy my cup of coffee, and enjoy the view! Bedrooms were all spacious and I felt beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great which was super helpful with 5 kids, wet towels, swimsuits, etc to wash numerous times. Remember to bring all laundry detergent, dish soap, dish towels
only one dish towel was given. Bring extra toilet paper too! The set up of the hotel is super nice! The distance to the beach from condo is perfect, not too long to get to and from pool and beach. Splash pad with slide was a huge hit with our little boys. Perfect for families that have kids that don’t like the big pool quite yet. Patio furniture was awesome - very sturdy and comfortable! Cons: master bathroom toilet barely flushed. The master bathroom sink barely drained - took a while. Only the express buttons on the microwave worked. Had to watch and stop, restart by pressing express min to start up again. The ice maker in the freezer did not work - had to buy ice down in vending machine. The furniture is dirty. I would recommend a good furniture cleaning. I mean we sat on couch and chair, but it would benefit to clean, not just vacuum it. The floors underneath end tables and entertainment center had dust bunnies all over and for having a 10 month old crawling on floor, it would have been nice to have a dustbuster or some other vacuum device to clean floors. The broom didn’t do squat. Elevators took forever depending what time of day you needed them. If you plan to cook or make own food, plan to bring every condiment needed. Nothing was in the cabinets for you to use, besides pots, pans, utensils, cups. Overall, the unit was set up well for our family. It was an average unit, but we also knew this booking it. The pictures posted are pretty accurate. View was amazing though!

Very nice

The condo was great. Nice view of the pool and beach. Only complaint was the lack of elevators. The line waiting to get up was so long. But other than that it was wonderful.

Average Experience

The condo itself could use an update, but we knew that when we booked it. The overall building could also use some TLC and updates. You didn't have to check-in for the room because they just sent the room code to you, which was nice, but then you still had to go to the front desk to get a parking pass, so it still took the same amount of time as checking in. You also have to wear a wristband the entire time which was annoying. The elevators we so slow and always packed. The view from the balcony was great. Overall, I would say it was an average stay at an average facility. Nothing overly great about it, but nothing that ruined the trip either.

The shower handles were too complicated for the kids and one of them was nearly burned when he turned one of the layered handles not realizing it ALSO regulated the hot and cold water!

The view is awesome!!!

Purchasing the parking pass at the front desk was extremely slow. Condo is very spacious, comfortable and the view is incredible. It is also very well equipped. We would definitely book again and recommend. Suggestions: Unit could use some TLC. A good scrub on the floors and a coat of paint would go a long way. Balcony needed to be swept.
