The 7th floor will be closed from December 7, 2026 - December 26 (weather permitting). Be aware that there will be work performed sequentially on every floor between mid September and February. While ongoing, there will be periods of LOUD NOISE due to JACKHAMMERS, GRINDERS and DRILLS from 8Am to 5PM Monday through Friday. * Smoking: Phoenix III is a non-smoking complex, including balconies. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor.



* Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
