Have fun with the whole family at this stylish professionally decorated 4 BR/3BA in the heart of OBA. Phoenix OB II 2501 is a LUXURY condo in Brett Robinson's newest building with walking distance to the 2 newest restaurants and to Zeke's marina. It is 1950 sq ft on Direct East end with glass walls from floor to ceiling but coverable at night with custom draperies. It has upgrades galore featuring "wood" tiles/Quartzite throughout/custom cabinetry and many other upgrades. There is a large open living space in the BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT condo. The living room features an extra large sectional sofa, two swival recliners, an extra large Samsung HDTB and unbelievable views from every angle. There is a formal dining area with a beautiful designer chandelier with 8 chairs plus 4 bar stools in same dining area for additional seating at kitchen bar.
The custom kitchen with beautiful upgraded quartzite countertops and custom backsplash. Custom painted cabinets to reflect the color of the sea. All stainless appliances along with caliphalon pots, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you will need to make yourself at home in this luxury condo. Just off the kitchen is a wet bar with ice maker to make you favorite drinks. Owners provide condiments, spices, coffee, cereals, etc (anything in cabinets and frig are yours to use). Feel free to toss anything you feel needs throwing away. Master BR has plenty of storage in dresser plus two closets as well as a large Samsung TV. Other BR's also have Samsung TV's for internet use. The 2nd BR has it's own bath while BR 3 and 4 share a Jack N Jill bathroom.
