Found on the 7th floor of Phoenix VIII, this spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium sleeps ten with wonderful amenities and a gorgeous beach view.

Condo was great! Had a beautiful view. Easy check in/out. Pools were perfect for kids. Lots of carts for hauling luggage. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed in OB.

The condo was perfect for me, my best friend and her 3 kids ages 6-14! It has everything you need for an extended stay!! I was very happy with how well stocked the property was!! 5 of us fit comfortably!! The 2 different balconies are AMAZING!! Highly recommend. I'll be back!

Great Condo / HOA parking fees are trash. I absolutely LOVED the condo. Very clean, and a great view. My only complaint is the HOA forces you to pay a not cheap, per car fee to park after you've already paid for the condo rental. They charge this rate regardless of how many nights you stay. So, if you are there for a short stay, they are really taking advantage of this fee. This is a three bedroom condo with multiple people staying. The fact that we had to pay additional money to the HOA for each and every car is a little absurd. I understand that parking is limited, but at the very least, a single car should be included in the rental. Not added to the price, but included. I would have zero complaints about a fee for each additional car. To the owner of the unit we stayed in, thank you for sharing your condo with us, we had a great time. To the HOA, I'm not against you making some money to keep the grounds kept up, but these parking terms and prices are a money grab that goes beyond upkeep, its greed. Do better for your owners and guest.

Our suite didn't seem like it had been cleaned. The shower curtain liner had stains on it. The towels had stains in them, the coffee maker had old molded coffee remains in it, the dishwasher was dirty and had dirty dishes in them.And a beeping noise kept going off and on throughout the night. Our stay was for 4 days 3 nights. We had to get a trash bag from a neighbor because you have to take out your trash before you checkout, but we didnt have an extra one. The elevator carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the sauna was off so we couldn't use it.The access tonthe beach and pool is nice- very convenient, but that was the only good thing about this property. The property isnt cleaned well. The doors and walls are kinda dirty. The floor inside the property didnt seem like it had been mopped before our stay or like itbhad been a while since it was last mopped.Our balcony had debris on it. The wall on the balcony had been cracked and a small pilenof debris was there.Regeana at thenfront desk was super nice and helpful. The housekeeping manager or supervisor ( i dont remember her name) seemed a little annoyed that i came to her with my issues. But, when i returned to my room, everything except for the beeping noise and debris on the patio had been resolved.
Even after been "cleaned" the dishwasher is stained so it looks dirty no matter what.

Beautiful and comfy

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. It was so easy checking in and out. The view of the beach was breath taking. We definitely loved this comfy and cozy beach condo!

Family Friendly location

We enjoyed our stay and the place was very nice and convenient to the restaurants and other amenities. The pool was very refreshing and never crowded.

Our Favorite Place to Stay

This is our favorite place to stay. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable place. The perfect place to stay with family. Very tastefully decorated and cozy feel. Pool and kiddie pool is very nice, grounds are very well kept. Great location to everything. Very quite location abs beautiful view of the pass.

Relaxing - Great Stay!

We spent our family vacation in this condo - wife, 1 toddler, 2 grandparents, and extended family nearby. The condo was perfect for our needs with easy access to restaurants, grocery and of course, the beach. Everything was ready to go when we showed up and it was easy to settle in and get on with our vacation. The indoor pool and spa was perfect for our child, and the gym was great for early morning workouts overlooking the ocean. The rooms were sizeable and the balcony was a great addition - could have everyone out there and not feel cramped. Nice to have a secondary balcony off the master (with chairs) to get a bit of privacy as well. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great trip with the baby!

We stayed here over the New Years holiday with our parents and our 1 year old son and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty of room for our very energetic toddler to play. We especially loved having access to an indoor pool on days when the weather was bad. The living room is cozy and comfortable for relaxing after a day spent on the beach and at the pool, not to mention the beautiful view of the ocean from the big balcony. It absolutely felt like a home away from home and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Orange Beach.

Great Time!!! Very Cozy and Romantic!!!

My wife and I stayed here for a romantic getaway/vacation, and we couldn't be more pleased. Since I am in Grad School, we don't get many vacations and really haven't seen a beach since our honeymoon. When we saw the pics on this unit and the price, we really couldn't pass it up. Upon arriving, the place looked and felt much larger than the pictures led us to believe. The upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture also was a plus. My wife loved the decor, which gave a nice "beachy" feel without going over the top like many places try to do. We had friends come and visit for the night and they said the same thing. Not only was the beach a few minutes walk away, the building has a cozy indoor and outdoor pool for those days when it rains. However, the biggest perk of this unit was the view. You have the benefit of being high enough to see the whole beach without the noise, the sunsets/sunrises are spectacular, and the hurricane doors prevented any wind draft from entering the unit. Essentially, this unit was our second home for the week. We loved cooking in the kitchen together and checking out the great eating spots that are only a few minutes away. The inspirational books throughout the house gave us nice reading material. Overall, we loved this place and look forward to booking this unit again. P.S. Great Place!

Just what my family needed. The condo was above and beyond my expectations. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good WIFI connection. Great ocean view and was able to enjoy the balcony. The property management was cordial and helped give us great dinner and attraction advice. GREAT location close to everything (restaurants; grocery store; beach; etc). Contacted the owners of the condo, and they were so nice and warming. One of the best and most relaxing vacations I have taken in a while.

A little disappointed!

We have been staying at Phoenix Properties for 25+ years and this unit was disappointing. I decided to pay extra for a 3 bedroom and wrap around balcony because in the past, that meant a much larger unit in general, including the living room, kitchen and dining. This was not the case. The common areas felt very small, much smaller than other Phoenix units. It was our first stay at VIII and for some reason, I thought that the higher the Phoenix number, the newer the building. This unit needs some attention and TLC. Appears to be an absentee owner. Unable to open and close the sliding glass door without some serious muscle - it was a running joke that you had to pull the door with strength from deep within your gut, while grunting. Gum wrapper and plastic deodorant top left on bedroom nightstand. Hair in tub in hall bathroom. Pots and utensils were either not clean or had been taken out of dishwasher with powder still on them. They few pots they had had to be washed before using. The only teflon pan is beyond usable, I would say dangerous to use, and so pitted it should be pitched. It was disgusting. We tried frying eggs in two other "new looking" silver frying pans, using a ton of olive oil because it's all we had on hand, and even those stuck. Breakfast was a disaster! No baking pans - only a very old round cookie sheet. The water pressure when showering was ridiculously low but maintenance said one of the boosters were out. The dryer took FOREVER on high heat to dry clothes but we've experienced this in other Phoenix buildings as well. Check-in after 5:00 requires check-in at Phoenix VII, which the security guard could have told us when we stopped at the gate and gave him our name upon arrival at 8:00. The unit just had a really bad vibe compared to all of the others we have stayed in. The good: comfortable sofa, quiet complex, quick elevator ride since on 7th floor, upgraded kitchen counter and appliances (but not contents), kitchen counter faces the sliding doors so you can enjoy the view while preparing meals, friendly employees, spacious master bedroom (although the sliding glass door and private balcony faces the parking lot instead of the beach like all others we have stayed in), literally minutes from Publix, pharmacy, restaurants, FloraBama, and other than the sofa, really cute furnishings.
