BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 1 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a âstarter packâ of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The unit was clean, well equiped and exactly as described. We had no problems at all. Very relaxing with a home feel. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all close by. We completely enjoyed our stay and will return again.
My family (2 adults & 2 kids) enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Beach front access and beach view from balcony. Beachball properties manages it which is nice because they leave a bag full of coupons and essentials. We were also sent a coupon code for beach rentals. It was very useful. We used Gulf Coast Rental Co. The unit itself was nice. Beds could have been more comfortable. There were beach toys for my kids to play with which came in habdy since we flew! The washer and dryer was perfect! The AC kept the place cool and comfortable. We would reccomend this unit for a well priced and perfect location property!
Unit could use a refresh on furnture. Table and chairs were ready to break. Couch cushions worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that is is a nice unit. Great location would book againđ
Amazing beach view, having coffee on the balcony and watching the sunset/rise was lovely. Central location allows easy access to excellent dining options, the tennis courts and a grocery store.
This property is ok but dealing with the property management was awful. We knew one parking pass came with the unit but were told to contact them for additional parking passes or to get directions to a nearby lot. That lot was on canal streetâŠ.about 10 min away and over the main bridge. And then you still had to pay for the pass. The washer in the unit did not work and we called to report it on day 2. It was never fixed and we when called back to say we were leaving early because we couldnât wash towels, etcâŠthey said someone came and fixed it so they couldnât offer us any discount or refund for leaving early. It was not fixed but they wouldnât listen. The elevator also got stuck with kids inside one day and did not work a few other days.
Beach was gorgeous, restaurants in the area were great, the unit was OK. Upon arrival it smelled strongly of smoke from either the prior tenants or the cleaning company beforehand. Beachball was able to send out a maintenance man who made the smell go away by the next day. Also upon arrival, the rug in the living room was full of sand. Every time a foot touched it, the foot was covered in sand. We vacuumed it ourselves multiple times, but it didnât work because of the amount of sand. Midway thru the week we discovered that the washing machine didnât work. We tried to wash our towels and they ended up sitting in the dirty water. This place was way overpriced for the number of issues we had. I probably wouldnât rent from Beachball again. Like I said earlier, Orange Beach as a location is great, but this unit was not.
Everything was great! Excellent location and enough room for our family of 4. WONDERFUL beach access. The only âissueâ was an odor when using the oven. Otherwise, it was great!!! I would highly recommend.
The property was exactly as advertised with no unpleasant or unexpected surprises. We found the management company to be very responsive and attentive to our needs.Highly recommended!
Pool was slimy. Doors to bathrooms stayed locked and so did the gym. Was told we were suppose to get an amenity key for access which was not supplied. No early check in and you canât park in lot if youâre early or they will threaten to tow your car. Needs some upgrades and cleaning seems like very old condos.
