*Parking: Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $55 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $65. In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10. There is a 2 vehicle maximum.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
