Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium that sleeps eight is located on the ground floor of the Phoenix VII.

Great vacation!

The property was great however there were two things that bothered us. First the check in process would have been fine if the lady working the front desk was not screaming at other guests while helping us. When I say screaming I mean yelling at them and telling them what to do and then following it up by saying to us “I did not get enough sleep last night”. It was very inappropriate and is not the way any guest should be spoken to and is not the way we should have to start our pricey vacation. I know that was not the hostess fault but something had to be said about that process. The last thing was that when we went to pick up a spoon there was gunk all over it like it had never been washed. We immediately threw everything in the sink and washed it. I felt like the property was clean other than that, the location could not have been better especially if you have small kids. You have your own direct access to the pool and all of the amenities without having to use elevators and lug your beach items up and down. Our kids loved it and we will be booking for next summer! Thank you for the great stay! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for those two small things! Great property for sure!

Not Quite 3 Stars

I only gave two stars for cleanliness because when we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the cabinet had plates in it that had been put away dirty (food still on them). I only gave two stars for the check in process because I was told I received two parking passes with my room and when I told them I only needed one they said if I decided I needed the other just to come back to the desk and they would release it. After two days my husband went to the desk to request the other parking pass and he was told I had refused the second pass and he would have to pay for a second car parking pass! I only gave two stars for accuracy of online listing because the furnishings in the living area were different than what was viewed in the online listing pictures. If you like to rise early and sit on the patio to watch the sun rise don’t rent this unit. Sprinklers ran each morning throwing water all over the patio and onto the sliding glass doors. So much water it ran into the door track inside the condo. We had a good stay and the unit was nice but there were absolutely no extra supplies/condiments. One roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one trash bag . The kitchen was stocked with pans, bowls, utensils, etc. but no dry goods (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) like we have had in most vacation stays owed by individuals. I would stay here again, but I would be a lot more prepared next visit...
