We had a great visit. The front door lock was hard to work sometimes, and the patio door was real hard to open (probably needs to be oiled), but overall we had a great visit. Loved sitting on the patio early in the morning and enjoying the ocean sounds and views.
Clean and spacious condo in a good location. Checked in via text was nice. Front desk handling parking and arm band passes were nice. The room was really outdated. The kitchen had a drip style coffee maker. The water reservoir was pretty dirty like it had not been properly clean in a long time. I did say something about this during our stay and they brought us a brand new coffee maker. Still a drip style. A Keurig would have been more practical. The bedding in all three beds was stiffed as a board. I was glad we brought soft blankets from home. No telling how old those comforters and sheets are. The TVs were ancient and cable TV had a horrible selection of channels. No smart TVs or even a way to connect to at least Netflix. To top it off one late night we were locked out of our room. The bottom lock would not open at all. Security guy tried to open it with no luck. He then called his boss. We waited patiently in the lobby area until a maintenance person came and did his best to fix the lock. He was unable to fix it completely that night. The next morning around 9 am another maintenance person came and took care of it. The security guy the night before and the two maintenance guys were really nice, but this should not have never happened at all. A keypad with code access entry would have been the way to go. We have stayed in other units with code access entry and makes so much easier. Not a good experience overall. Not returning.
