BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a âstarter packâ of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Entire process was quick, easy, and as advertised. The unit was nice and clean. The property was laid back, the amenities were great, the location was awesome. We cant wait for the next trip
The elevator at our end of hall was out of order which meant a hike to other end of building then length of garage to have beach access. Used the stairs to go down a couple of times, but at 76 with a bad knee and asthma, could not use them to come up.
There were a few issues that were dealt with but inconvenient, the access keypad stopped working & we were locked out for a period of time. There wasnât a remote for the living room TV. Both those issues were fixed. The property was not cleaned properly before our arrival & hadnât been dusted for a while.

Pros and Cons
I donât like writing online reviews because I donât like to mess with peopleâs money, but I do want to give my opinion here. The condo facility as a whole was okay. Here are my thoughts:
Pros:
-Great Beach Access
-Good location
-Parking was ok
Cons:
-Scary, slow elevator
-Cold, unseated pool. Looked smaller in real life than on the website.
-Halls stunk like marijuana. Probably true of every place in Orange Beach so not their fault.
Unit I Stayed In:
Cons
-looks like it was last updated 25 years ago. Builders grade bath, kitchen and lighting.
-Antiquated televisions that didnât work well and had missing remotes. I was hoping to watch football but the Vizio tvs were so old they couldnât stream and the cable didnât work well. No problem, I can stream from my phone? Wrong!
-Awful internet. Basically didnât work.
-smelled mildew and moldy. Lots of beach places will since wind driven rain gets in them during hurricanes but I discovered some mold in the AC closet while I was checking to see why the AC was not working.
-AC didnât work the first night.
-I know the owners donât clean it themselves but it wasnât cleaned very well. Blankets were dirty. It looked swept, but not mopped. Not worth the $175 cleaning fee I had to pay and I would assume the prior occupants paid.
