This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bahts, 1470 square footage condo features tile floors, 9’ ceilings, wet bar, huge balcony, and comfy furnishings. The complex features all of the great amenities that you should expect from a resort destination. Ideally located next to The Gulf restaurant & across from San Roc Marina, you can walk to some of the area’s best venues.

Our kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is a regular (normal drip) coffee pot. The dining table has seating for 4 plus seating for 3 additional guests at the kitchen bar. We also have a table on the balcony which seats 4. A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board.

The Primary suite in this home-away-from-home is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, direct balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath comes with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, adding an extra touch of indulgence. The second and third bedroom both offer a queen bed. All bedrooms provide the comfort of a private bath and a flat-screen TV.

For additional guests, the living room includes a Sofa Sleeper, making Grand Pointe 310 ideal for larger groups. The living area, with its comfortable seating and flat-screen TV, opens up to the balcony, blending indoor and outdoor living.

The Neighborhood:
Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach!

Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

*A maximum of TWO (2) vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. Added parking is available off-site at the Bella Beach Properties office for $50/stay. Trailers are not allowed on the property.

Loved this condo! Gulf front but able to watch boats come in and out of the pass. Above the pool and very near elevator which was super convenient. Stocked with everything we needed and then some. Beach chairs were really helpful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and a huge balcony! Owner is very generous and left plenty of books, puzzles to pass the time. We definitely would stay again. This condo has a great location. Near the action, but not sandwiched between high rises. We saw dolphins every day near the beach!

Not well maintained

I LOVE this building. However the management firm handling this unit is not earning their fees. I was not even planning on leaving a review, but based on their comments to my private feedback, I don't think they will address the issues. The owner and future guest deserve better.For example, a note was taped to the toilet to hold down the handle when flushing----that is a 10 minute, less than 50 fix. There was a lot of mold, more than expected. A toilet's seal was compromised and there was sewage around the toilet that obviously had not been cleaned in a while. My bed sheets had pubic hair in the area of the bed the pelvis would be located. I immediately called and asked for all the beds to be remade. I was told "The sheets were professionally cleaned so. . . " and had to let them know I had pictures before they agreed to send new sheets over. Instead of simply delivering clean sheets as I requested, they remade all the beds. Again there was hair in one of the sheets, but it was long head hair. I called and let them know, but this time I stripped the beds and washed them myself. Again, they felt the need to condescending tell me "The sheets are professional cleaned so . . ." There were bath products from previous guest left in shower.

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and had a great time. The complex is small, and at the end of the beach, so it feels more private and not crowded. The view is breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!
