Very happy with our stay! The living space was a good size to accommodate us. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! The kids loved getting up and going straight to the beach as well as night swimming in the pool. Thank you!

A few imperfections but overall it was great!

The WiFi is very slow. The house is exactly as pictured if not better! Beds are very comfy! The pots and pans do need to be updated. Having a bathroom downstairs was very convenient. Loved the location, not too far away from everything but not in the heart of the busy areas. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Plenty of room with grown kids and 2 small pets. Access to beach is perfect distance. Very clean and location close enough to everything. Cover carport perfect if it rains or not having to get in a hot car.

Lovely cottage!

The cottage is very nice! It’s in a great location, not stuck between two high rises so the beach isn’t crowded. Nice big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The only negative thing I can say is that the couch looks old and is dirty. Other than the place is perfect!

Perfect location!!!

This property is everything it describes and more!! Absolutely perfect location, it might be ocean view but the walk to beach is shorter than any walk we have had staying in a condo. There were no crowds on our area of the beach either. We traveled with our 6 month old and 2 dogs so it being pet friendly was a huge plus! The stairs are steep but I just add that as a positive as we all got a good workout. The hosts were amazing and always quick to respond. We had a absolutely amazing first family vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Over all good but came home with lice

All 3 of our kids came home with lice guessing it was in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 king beds. While we were there stay was good minus dryer not really working. Location good. Close to beach. Coming home with lice was definitely not fun. Been an ordeal still dealing with.

Amazing getaway!

This place was hands down the nicest, cleanest place we have stayed at in OBA!! Pet friendly was a plus for us!! Great beds, short walk to beach- beach wasn’t crowded. Will most definitely be staying here, again!

We enjoyed our stay, decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels. However the cookware was scratched, knife set was ruined, patio furniture was old and dry rotting, tv in second bdrm wasn’t working, towelrack in master bathroom was loose. We would absolutely book a stay here again.

Wonderful little home!

We took our daughter for a long weekend, and it was the perfect getaway. Location was close to everything. She loved the pool. The beach was short walk away, and the portion Hammock Dunes gets to enjoy was so quiet and not many people at all in the middle of summer! We loved our vacation and highly recommend this Vrbo.

Property as Listed.

Easy access to beach and pool and property was as listed. Nice setup with bedrooms upstairs. Closet on carport with beach chairs, sand toys, floats, boogie boards was a very nice find. Wish we had known this for we could have saved on packing. Only requests would be to have more kitchen towels (there was only 1) and measuring spoons. AC worked great and we used the charcoal grill.

Great Cottage/Location

Loved the beautiful cottage, plenty of room for our family of 4 and 2 small dogs. The location to the beach and local attractions was perfect. Loved the convenient parking and outside storage area. The cleaning service is doing a disservice, as floors and bathroom sinks were dirty when we arrived. FYI- Bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and cleaner, as not much is provided. Would definitely stay again.
