The perfect getaway for you and your loved ones! This view (and the warm coastal décor) make for a wonderful home-away-from-home! Relax in the living room with a spectacular Gulf of Mexico view while taking in a game or movie on the condoñ€ℱs flat screen TV. Enjoy a homecooked meal in the adjoining kitchen furnished with all the chefñ€ℱs needs!

Kickback in your master suite and enjoy the large tile walk-in shower! Have guests (or your little loved ones) stay with you if you like. The living room sofa lets out to a queen bed. The complex offers indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, saunas, an exercise room, gazebos, and barbeque grills. Whatever you enjoy doing outdoors at the beach, you can find at Phoenix III 3013!

*No elevator access.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great with issues

Shower very slow at draining. Toilet making a whistling alarming sound even in the middle of the night when nobody was using it. Dishwasher left the cleaning powder on the dishes when done.

The condo rooms were very nice. It was decorated very well. The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. The shower was very nice. The furniture was great and the bed was perfect. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed. We notified the main desk twice that the toilet didn’t always flush and the water was running constantly in the back. There was not attempt to fix it. There was mold in the grout of the shower and the doors of the bathroom cabinet were about to fall off. The bathroom sink was not vented properly and it often made an annoying high pitched squeal until you turned in the water. Sometimes it did this over and over for 30 minutes and sometimes during the night. It was very loud. We recorded the sound. There was a large gap in the front door that allowed wind to blow through causing it to sound like a jet airplane. This happened many times during high winds. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all. Looks like there is calcium deposits on rinse arms. Better to just wash dishes by hand. The TV had a blue tint that could not be adjusted. Looks like ya going bad. Eventually you just get used to it. The Dish Network receiver updates every 15 minutes and freezes the picture.

Orange Beach. Gulf coast condo

Had an awesome time at this place. Great location with a perfect view of the beach. One flight of stairs to the condo so no need for an elevator. Short walk to the beach or the car in the parking lot. Nicely designed kitchen balcony living room with king size bed in the bedroom. Can’t wait to return here again.

QUICK GETAWAY

Great location and great space for 2. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. Liked not having to deal with elevators. Excellent beach side service for chairs and umbrella. Didn’t require a lot of other services. We would come back again.
