A subtle coastal vibe greets guests to this spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath Phoenix West condo on the 3rd floor. The condo (PW-302), with carpeted bedrooms and tile in the main living areas, sleeps up to 10. Satellite TV is in living area and all of the bedrooms.
The living area has ample seating with large sectional sofa, two armchairs and a ottoman. A wide flatscreen TV is mounted on the wall and there is balcony access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
Fully equipped kitchen, with white appliance, cream countertops, a double sink and white cabinets, is ready for snack time, a quick meal or a five-course dinner. A breakfast bar has seating for four with high-backed chairs. An adjacent wet bar has lots of extra counter space and an icemaker.
If youâre cooking that five-course meal, an oval table and six chairs are ready in the dining area, overlooking the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The sleek master bedroom has a King-size bed, an extra cushioned seat, two night stands, a large dresser and a wall-mounted flatscreen television. The ensuite master bath has a jetted tub, a large walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom has 2 Full bed and the third bedroom has two Queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs. Ensuite bathrooms have shower and bathtub combinations.
Fourth bathroom has a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer tucked behind folding closet doors.
The place to be will undoubtedly be on the balcony with an extended cushion loveseat, cushioned armchair with ottoman and a table and four chairs. The private balcony offers superb views of the outdoor pool and lazy river as well as the sugar-white coastline and sparkling Gulf.
Phoenix West features a lazy river with corkscrew slide, a zero-entry outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, a sauna and a grilling area.
The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 4.3 miles east of State Highway 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We loved the unit and the decor. We loved the location and the floor we were on. The unit was very well kept and as clean as I should expect. The stop top was not really clean nor was the kitchen trash can exterior, and the floors could have been cleaner, but everything else was great. I do recommend that some cleaner be left in the unit, so we would be able to clean as we go as well. I like clean counters, appliances, bathrooms, and glass/mirrors. I know to bring paper towel, but hate buying or bringing windex. Just saying.
Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, the nicest and most family friendly condo we've ever stayed at. Never again will I spend hours searching for a condo. The living room remote was missing and one bedroom TV was not working and guest services immediately remedied this. It was wonderful. A link was sent for easy check out.
Upholstery at counter stools and living room chairs are soiled and stained. Patio furniture is old and peeling/cushions need to be replaced. The 3rd bedroom needs curtains as the light from lobby comes through the blinds rather strongly. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!,
Great location and condo was very clean. The only very annoying thing were the magnetized cards to enter your room kept demagnetizing (close to phone or not). Very inconvenient when none of our cards was worked, lady at desk kept remagnetizing and we had to traipse back up to room - still did not work. Desk had no master key/card to get in - so We sat in hall for while until an off site maintenance man arrived and let us in. No fun late at night.
Would love a coffee shop & grill in or on same side of road. In our unit tvs were impossible to work-remotes didnât work, no sound in master, couldnât even watch a dvd. Sometimes itâs nice for entire family to watch a movie. Cable boxes said update equipment when tv came on. No phone calls would go through either.
Overall it was a lovely place, a great location, and the complex amenities are perfect. However, this unit needs to be cleaned and repaired. I'll start with the broken closet door. It was a bi-fold louver door just leaned against the closet door jam. Odd considering what we were paying per night. The walls need to be wiped down in more than a few rooms. The lavatory in the hall bathroom drains very slow. That's fun when trying to brush your teeth. I'm surprised housekeeping wouldn't have reported the closet door or the slow drain.
The condo was comfortable and spacious even though without some of the upgrades we're used to. We definitely would stay here again but would hope some of these items would be addressed. As a property owner, I would expect the management company to do a better job.

Condo was very spacious and nice. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Because it was on the 3rd floor it was very easy to use stairs instead of elevator and much quicker. Phoenix West is a beautiful property kept in great condition. Will definitely recommend to all friends.
