BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Parking available for free at home - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a âstarter packâ of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We prepaid for an early check-in but had to call because code wasnât working. House location was perfect and rooms were nice. We had a little problem with internet dropping but overall stay was NICE. One of our guests had a disability so the elevator was a major plus.We plan on utilizing this location again!
Property is beautiful and spacious. Loved the balconies. All beds were comfortable, air was nice and cold.
Had issues, icemaker on 2nd floor not working. Carpet in master bedroom needs cleaning, grill on 1st floor was filthy. so we could not grill as planned. Called and got transferred around only to get an email from someone who said they do not do maintenece at the property.
Great location. House was perfect for our group with a mix of tweens/teens and adults. The only negative were the lack of sidewalks and crosswalks on the main road. Otherwise, the property was perfect!
Only positive things to say about our stay! Every floor had outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful view. We utilized the kitchen to cook many meals. They had everything we needed. The den had high ceilings and lots of light. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
