Experience Turquoise Tide, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3 full and a half bath vacation home in the charming Tannin Village neighborhood of Orange Beach. Just an easy stroll from the white sand beaches and sparkling Gulf waters, this 3,300 sq ft custom-built brick home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for families and groups of up to 12 guests.
Designed with bright coastal style and magazine-worthy dĂ©cor, Turquoise Tide features an open-concept layout ideal for gathering together. The beautiful white kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, open shelving, designer lighting, and a signature turquoise island with seating. The adjacent dining area seats 8–10, and the inviting living room offers comfortable seating, custom drapes, Smart TV, and a collection of games, books, toys, and puzzles for family fun.
The first-floor primary suite provides a private retreat with a king bed, luxury bedding, Smart TV, and a spa-inspired bath featuring a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Also on the main level: a convenient half bath and full laundry room stocked with beach and pool towels.
Upstairs, guests will find four additional bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens), each with high-quality mattresses, luxury linens, and Smart TVs in each room. A built-in hallway bunk bed adds extra charm and sleeping space. One Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two bedrooms, while another full bath connects to the upstairs king room with additional hall access. This home was absolutely wonderful. Katie is the BEST vrbo host we have ever encountered. Her hospitality and communication were outstanding. The home has unending beach towels, tons of bikes and beach gear, and tons of space. The only thing we really needed outside of the house and its amenities was a golf cart to get all the family to and from the beach. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great Family Vacation

Family Thanksgiving

Turquoise Tide was perfect for celebrating Thanksgiving with our family of 9! On arrival, family discovered that Host Katie had set our table for our dinner.. with personalized oyster shell nameplates, charger plates, cloth napkins, LED chimney candles! Obviously the scene was set. The designer home is spacious, cozy & comfortable on a cobblestone low trafficked street. A big draw for us were the bicycles available to explore the area. All in all it provided a beautiful setting for a memorable family Thanksgiving vacation. Thank you Katie!

Wonderful stay at Turquoise Tide

Turquoise Tide was just as described. We had ages ranging from 69 to 3 all staying together and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room to spread out when needed. The trails were easy to access. Having the bikes was an added pleasure as we all made use of them within the community and on the trails. We rented a golf cart to get all our gear to the beach but if you travel light it’s an easy walk. The ability to go to a pool as an option was also a plus. I think we walked to Pete’s every night for ice cream. Our host, Katie was wonderful. The microwave went out and when the size needed for replacement was not available she quickly had a counter model sent over. I never realized how much we used that thing till it was not available. I can only say positive things about Turquoise Tide and Katie. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank You!

Great Family Home

This property was perfect for our family trip with bedrooms for everyone. The beach access was close by and the community pool was just down the street. I highly recommend this property and renting a golf cart to shuttle to the beach.

Turquoise Delight

3 Families (6 adults, 4 teens and a 7 year old) had wonderful week in June 2024. The home, location and Host were all great and well equipped. The bikes and beach toys, as well as charging options supplied for use were a definite plus. The Host supplied information about local activities and restaurants and was responsive both before and during our visit. If we visit the area again, we definitely hope the Turquoise Tide is available.

Wonderful vacation at Orange Beach!

We had a wonderful time staying at Turquoise Tide in Orange Beach. The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our large family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the pool and walking to Pete’s for ice cream. We also enjoyed several local seafood restaurants during our stay. We thank the Lord for beautiful weather and a blessed week with our family!

.Amazing!

House was very clean, beautiful furnishings, all the bells and whistles. Kitchen was well stocked (including a coffee bar that made this momma happy)! Plenty of toys, chairs, gadgets for the beach, even beach towels! We rode the bikes and scooters that are supplied. We enjoyed the trails located around the community. Such a fun time. Homeowner was very sweet to work with and responsive to any questions we had.

Relaxing Vacation

Turquoise Tide was perfect for our family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, beds were super comfortable and we loved using the bikes and beach toys. The house is spacious and we all had plenty of room. It was beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was not too bad. We really enjoyed biking the gulf state park. The neighborhood was picturesque and quiet. I would recommend this house for families

Sweet Home Cincinnati

Our stay at Turquoise Tide was so enjoyable. We had 11 staying there and 3 staying within walking distance.(8, 5, 3,2, and 10-month old grandkids). Making meals in the kitchen was great—things were easy to find and everything you could want was there. I loved that the great room was so comfortable(everyone loved that couch). It is the perfect place to hang out/play. Our bedrooms were all so spacious and the beds made everyone happy. Took us a minute to get our bearings, but we walked every day to the beach and the beach access crosswalk made that super easy. Enjoyed the pool a few times, too. We easily DoorDashed one night and spent lots of evening on the front porch/front area talking, laughing, and telling stories. The place has a great vibe— tastefully beachy. Katie was wonderful about communicating.

We were a family of 10 (4 families) and this house was perfect! The rooms are all spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and gadgets. The host provides bikes which were used by all! This was a great vacation and we made so many memories!

We love this house!

Although it was a work trip, this house was perfect for our team of coaches to rest and enjoy or time at the beach. We love the option to ride bikes and a quick walk to the beach. House is beautifully decorated and comfortable!
