NEWLY RENOVATED 3/2 Beachfront Condo on 12th Floor with Parking Garage Access!

DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #1203.. Professionally remodeled in late 2024/early 2025 so everything looks and feels brand new!! This 3 bedroom unit on the 12th floor has new ceramic tile floors throughout and the entire unit has been repainted and all trim has been replaced. You will love this beautiful property!
This unit also features a relaxing living area with free Wifi and a high definition smart tv for your enjoyment! Plus, there are two recliners to relax in while watching television! We also have two sofas, so there is ample seating for everyone! One of the sofas has a queen sofa sleeper!

The kitchen has been updated with white cabinets and new fixtures. There is a tile back splash, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances as well! It is also generously furnished with enough dishes and flatware. Three stools are placed at the breakfast bar for quick snacking. And, an added feature...a Keurig Coffee Maker!
ALL bedrooms have Sealy hybrid sleep systems, smart televisions and new black out curtains. We've also added new quiet ceiling fans and light fixtures!

The master bedroom is host to a king-sized bed and Smart television for your enjoyment! The adjoining master bathroom has also been remodeled with new cabinetry and a beautiful new tiled walk-in shower. A new built-in cabinet and shelving unit has been added to the bathroom area to enhance your convenience. This will be a perfect spot to put make-up on before heading out to dinner!

The second bedroom hosts two full-sized beds with Sealy hybrid mattress sets! The third bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed and brand new bedroom furniture! Both guest bedrooms feature Smart TV's for your family's enjoyment. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo to provide ultimate getting-ready space, which will definitely come in handy when preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

My family and I had a great time staying in this Condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was cold to get in the outside pool but was so happy there is an indoor pool. This place had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Big table for us to play cards at night. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning! We were very pleased with all things...the kitchen is stocked with what you need. Only one set of crab crackers but we made due. The view is breathtaking, the room, just everything about the place we loved!!!!!!!! We can not wait to go again and hopefully stay here. All bedrooms have their own tv, the living room has lots of seating, the dining room has a table big enough for 8 people. I could go on and on....just to say this place is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Communication was spot on as well.

We stayed in property for 5 nights. The condo was very nice and accurately describe in the listing. Property Manager was easy to work with and checked in on how our stay was going. They were also very thorough in everything we needed. We really liked the ability to use the owners parking spot in the garage. That was an added benefit during our stay. Overall, the property was very nice and easy access to the beach. Great restaurants very close by.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay in this condo! It had everything we needed for cooking, laundering beach towels, and lounging around. It had comfortable couches and chairs in the living space and a comfortable bed. The views are incredible! Other than needing a dusting of some lamps, and fixtures, our stay was pretty perfect. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and racquetball court. We also enjoyed taking advantage of beach service.

We had a relaxing stay in this beautiful condo! It is located directly on the beach. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. It is also close to the marina if you go fishing.

Orange beach vaca 2025

We loved the unit, ease of parking garage access, number of quick access elevators, outside beach and pool areas. More hotels and condos with beach access should have the walkway strips leading out to the beach. It made rolling a cart full of beach items so much easier to pull. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful well stocked condo unit. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The room was beautiful—modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was up to date and clearly well-maintained.
