Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Condo!

Brand new. Nice furniture. Extremely clean. Great complex. Very well maintained and clean. The beach was very clean as well. Only suggestion would be extra blankets. We plan on coming back!

Beautiful condo and location!

The place was very comfortable and spacious. Clean. Loved the lazy river! The only problem with the place is the lack of cooking (pots/pans), kitchen utensils (e.g. knives), and household supplies (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, dishcloth, dish towels, trash bags). We already brought extra supplies with us, but went to buy a set of pots and pans since we cook most meals. But, truly, if you come prepared, you will be set to have a great time!

Pros: Unit was beautiful, great furnishings, comfortable beds. Great patio furniture to sit out and enjoy view. Lots of dishes. Cons: very low on basics for cooking. Had to go out and buy a non stock pan as everything was sticking to the aluminum ones. Also very few cooking utensils. Only one of each provided and hard to cook for 6 people with one. Wasn't make or break, but was 1st unit we had like that. Would have brought from home.

Evacuation vacation

We came to Orange beach to evacuate from Ida. It was the best evacuation vacation ever! The unit and building are perfectly maintained. This particular unit was decorated so cute. Very very clean! And the rental company was beyond helpful when we had to extend our stay due to power outages at home. Thanks so much for helping us make the most out of a bad situation!!

Fabulous girls trip to Orange Beach!

My girlfriends and I spent a week here and had a fabulous time! Condo is spacious and beautifully furnished. Easy walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the lazy river, slide and indoor pool! Due to the cleaning company having a hard time being fully staffed the condo needs a good cleaning but it wasn't anything that we couldn't handle because we travel with plenty of Lysol and Clorox wipes! Restaurants, marina and shopping were less than a 5-10 minute drive! We even enjoyed kayaking on night with Coastal Kayaks. We would definitely return!
