This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this newly renovated, professionally decorated four bedroom, five bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all bedrooms. No expense was spared when we decorated this condo at Oasis. It is truly unique.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and stand alone ice-maker will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional with custom woodwork, new furniture and appliances!



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king and there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a fourth bedroom with 7 twin beds!! There are beds to sleep up to 15!



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall, a great place to stay! Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The room does not have a beach view but it was still very beautiful and relaxing. You catch the sunset in the evenings and it was so nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings. We would stay here again.

The Condo was perfect for our family vacation of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms and showers. Great deck with beautiful views of beach, coastal inland and the laser Ferris wheel at the wharf every night after the beautiful sunset. PERFECT place for a large family!

The unit is HUGE! Plenty of space for everyone with no one having to fret over using the restroom! The bay view is great and you can see the ocean from the corner of the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only issue was the dishwasher wasn’t working very well. But we just washed dishes by hand, we had plenty of people for that! The location is great as well, just far enough away from the busyness of everything.We would definitely rebook this unit!

The condo itself was fairly nice, although could be a lot cleaner, especially the floors, the kitchen table. The biggest negative to this Condo is the elevators and parking are a nightmare. A condo that sleeps this many people should guarantee at least three vehicles could get parking passes. Although parking was available, they would not sell us a third parking pass. I also know several people that were staying there at the same time bribed the ladies at the desk and they got their third parking pass. The ladies at the desk that sell the parking passes Need a real good course and customer service, quite rude. All this said, I would not stay here again too much trouble for weeks vacation. Elevators quite number of times took us 30 minutes to over an hour to get from parking to the 22nd floor or the 22nd floor to the first floor, etc..

Gorgeous and Spacious Condo in the Heart of Orange Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 enjoyed a weeklong stay in this unit and loved it. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. The resort was extremely clean and well managed. There were so many activities for everyone, including Pickleball and basketball courts, corn hole, Multiple pools with the lazy river, and great beach access. This resort uses a beach service for rentable, chairs, and umbrellas, which we did use and they were absolutely fabulous and accommodated our every need for the entire week. The only downside was getting the elevators as there were so many people staying the week. We were there in the resort that it definitely took longer than usual wait times to get an elevator to go down to the lobby or beach area or back up to your condo unit. Patience was essential! Overall, our stay was wonderful and the unit had everything we needed. The unit washer and dryer and separate ice maker was huge for us as well. It is to be noted that the unit balcony faces toward the street and state park, not the ocean... However, you could see the ocean in the corner of the patio balcony. We saw some amazing sunsets from our spacious patio!
