Enjoy a perfect getaway in this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium. This vacation rental has enough room for ten people to sleep comfortably. It is located on the 7th floor of the Phoenix X.

·         Flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and living area

·         Queen sofa sleeper, stereo system, and DVD player in the living area

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major stainless steel appliances and granite countertop

·         Dining area has a table for four and the kitchen bar has four stools

·         Master bedroom has carpet, a king size bed, balcony access, and a DVD/VCR player

·         Tiled step-in shower and granite countertop in the master bathroom

·         Gorgeous gulf front view can be seen from the tiled balcony with a table for four

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

I’ll give a 4 star just for location. We always stay at this location because we enjoy eating across the street. Condo was nice and roomy Upon check in and unloading groceries we noticed a sticky kitchen counter. Went to get a hand towel out of drawer only to find it dirty 😳 the entire kitchen counter was covered in a red sticky substance. There was cereal behind the chair on master floor We also wondered why there were not many dishes in this condo only to discover when time to load the few we had dirty into washer that it was full of dirty dishes and smelled horrible. The patio floor had obvious something spilled all over it because it was all sticky as well Not sure who the cleaning crew is for this condo, but I believe I would look for a new one

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nice place. It would’ve been nice to have extra rolls of toilet paper. Also some of the tv remotes didn’t have batteries. An update to a blue-ray DVD player would be nice. Overall, great place!

Condo spacious and comfortable. Outdoor grills by pool not on balconies but was okay. Beach fantastic. Picked up our own chairs and umbrella at Publix- great investment. Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice.

Great house with a pool!

Great newer home! This was my first trip ever staying somewhere other than a hotel. We enjoyed the stay and having the pool in the backyard. The house has a lovely coastal feel.

Spacious & accomodating, slight housekeeping snafu

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at 706 Phoenix X and plan to return. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, and it was easy to navigate to the beach or the pool. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, the floors appeared to be swept, but housekeeping forgot to vacuum & mop the floors prior to our arrival. Once I reported it, the property manager was quick to respond and offer to resolve it. Very grateful - happy stay & plan to return.
