Welcome to our exquisite 6th-floor beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico. This cozy haven offers a serene escape with its 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, making it perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat.

Interior: As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of the pool and the pristine white sandy beach through the floor-to-ceiling windows in both the kitchen and living area. The tile flooring throughout is not only elegant but also easy to maintain in a beachfront setting. Our queen sofa sleeper is a versatile and comfortable addition to your beachfront condo experience.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Seating for four in the kitchen allows for casual meals and conversations. There are two additional seats at the bar overlooking the kitchen area. This is the ideal spot to enjoy delicious meals while taking in the picturesque beach scenery. Our kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Kitchen - musty smell

Unit furniture was a little outdated. Floor and rug in the kitchen did not appear to be clean and the kitchen had a musty smell. We had to keep the balcony doors open whenever we were in the room. Also, the dishwasher had rusted out areas on the bottom rack and the coffee pot burner was rusted as well. The patio chairs had paint peeling off on all the armrests. I was encouraged by the reviews prior to our arrival but I have to say I was not impressed overall. Thankfully the bathroom and bedroom were very clean otherwise we would have tried to get a different unit.

Nice condo and had everything needed for a relaxing time. Was highly disappointed in the disrespect of others playing their music extremely loud at the pool. Beach I understand but the pool is a small area to be blasting whatever you want. When I asked security to do something about it they brushed it off.

Underwhelming

I’ll start by saying we travel a lot and VRBO is our go to for finding a living space. We have stayed at the best of the best and a few places that need some work. This is one of the latter. Upon checking in, i noticed layers of paint flaking off corners. Not a big deal, but it’s a small detail. I went into the bathroom to find a light bulb burned out and the fixture covered in rust. Again, not a huge deal but the stay is in the details. I went into the kitchen and ran my hand across the counter top, as I always do because we prep food on the counter top
. Bread crumbs and debris. A couple sticky spots
. My wife looks at the rug on the floor and notices it’s covered in debris and has not been vacuumed. I’d even say the room hadn’t been cleaned in some time. I went into our bedroom to look for bed bugs, this is something I check at every hotel. (Pull up the corner of the mattress and check the seams.) By the edge of the bed, just under the edge I find a urinal. A hospital bottle urinal. At this point I am done. So I call the manager. We had already unloaded the carts. After 30 minutes we were moved to a different floor and a different condo. The management was very responsive and we appreciate that, however, where are the checks and balances with the cleaning crews? Upon getting to our second room, we find the same thing. Rusted fixtures, layers upon layers of paint. This might be ok for the college crowd, but come on. Let’s do better.

Great place for a getaway located directly on the beach.Everything was nice except the shower: It did not drain very well. We called the property and asked to get it fixed. No one showed up

Amazing!

My husband and I haven't been to the beach in over 20+ years and our stay was amazing! The only "knock" I have is that the bathroom could have been cleaner - specifically the shower (there was hair all in it when we arrived). Other than this one thing, it was perfect!!! We plan on visiting yearly :)

This unit was OK, but not by any means a 9/10
 the bed was very uncomfortable for both my husband and myself. The water/ice dispenser on the fridge had mold all over it. The oven eyes were lopsided and was difficult to cook evenly on. Needs much updated throughout. We would not book again.

Great anniversary trip

The unit was as expected It was clean and nicely decorated. It was smaller than some of the units we have stayef in.
