Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful 2 BR/2 BA condo on the bay. We loved the amenities. The gate guards were very nice. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. We went for walks every morning. Love the wide path right outside the gate. Great location!

This is my first negative review, and I’m reluctant to write it. I genuinely believe the issue stemmed from the management company.The Good:Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The unit was decent overall. I’ve stayed at POB many times, and while this unit was below average, it was fair for the price I paid.The Bad:The unit was not clean, and we found roaches (see photo). I live on the coast too, so I understand roaches are common—but this one was large, dead, and clearly overlooked by housekeeping.Additionally, the washer was out of order upon arrival (see photo), and there was no prior communication from management about this.I reached out to Liquid Life, and they shifted the blame to the owner (see screenshots).Bottom Line:We’ll return to POB, but next time we’ll choose a unit not managed by Liquid Life.

Our family visited OB for the PG Workd Series and enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay. Our kids had the best time in the lazy river and the slide. We will definitely be back.

Review from my recent stay

The guest bedroom toilet was not working properly when we arrived on Thursday I messaged my host and Found day the tech came out without notice and he did not have any parts on hand said he had to get a flapper and would come back which he never did so toilet was never fixed throughout our stay. The living room only had one side of curtains so it was very hot in the kitchen/living room area because the other set of curtains were missing.The unit is spacious.

Always a good time at Phoenix on the Bay

We have stayed multiple times at Phoenix on the Bay. My children love the lazy river, multiple pools, and water slide. However, this condo does need some work. The furniture is all mismatched and old. One of my daughters slept on the pull out couch. We closed the curtain once everyone was in bed, only to find majority was missing. She stayed in there but ended up covering her head in the mornings because of the bright early sun coming in the wall of windows. That definitely needs replacing. The ice maker wasn’t making ice so we found some trays to make some. There was an extra fridge in the dining room and an extra barstool that didn’t match the other ones. So I feel like this is a condo for extra/old furniture not being used. In the extra bedroom, there was a water stain above the bed in the right hand corner obviously from the floor above. It was black!! Like black mold!! It needs to be taken care of ASAP. The batteries in the same room for all the remotes were going dead and some were dead. We had to keep switching them around to use them. And lastly, my daughter found 2 empty glass frappachino bottles in a drawer in the table next to the tv. And an empty water bottle was found stuffed in one of the chairs. So housekeeping could definitely do a better job. We still enjoyed our stay but these things need to be taken care of. I don’t know if I will rent this condo again but it was still an enjoyable vacation.

Lazy river condo

This was a wonderful little getaway for my family. My kid's loved the lazy river and my husband loved fishing off the boat dock. Location is right down the road from a public beach so you still can enjoy going to the beach. Our condo was nice and the view was beautiful.

Condo is nice but needs a little maintenance.

Guest bathroom faucet needs attention and the toilet runs longer than necessary. Had to call maintenance for battery remotes, several had none. We had trouble with the master tv. Could only get one station and if we tried to change it would go to no signal. That could have been user error but never the less we could only watch one channel. Also dryer doesn’t work very well. An average size load would have to run for 2-3 hours to get dry.

Excellent budget friendly option!

I’ve stayed at several units at this condo and they’re all set up there same. You can pay a lot more for pretty fixtures and furniture but it won’t affect the quality of the amenities of the resort. The amenities are why we choose this location. The lazy river and many pools are perfect for us! We were on a budget for this quick trip so we booked the least expensive option. I have no regrets. The carpets are stained and the furniture is mismatched. None of that affected the fun I had in the pool :)

Pool and lazy river closures

We chose this site because of the lazy river and pools. We were notified AFTER our cancellation date that they would be closed for maintance. We were then stuck in a place with no beach and a small pool. We certainly would have canceled and found a different place if we had been notified in time. The condo was great and met all our needs. Great building and all around amenities. Just very disappointed that I wasn’t notified about the repairs in time to find a different place.

Nasty nasty nasty

I have stayed in multiple different phoenix condos in the past and this experience was absolutely horrific. When my family got to the condo we were instantly grossed out. The floors were not swept, mopped or vacuumed. The carpet had stains all over them in both rooms. Our feet were solid black after walking on the floor for 10 mins. Master bedroom had some kind of sticky stuff spilled all over the dresser. My toddler quickly found nasty dirty socks on the floor and was walking around with them in her hand. The condo didn’t have any seasonings for cooking not even salt and pepper. Half a toilet paper roll in the second room and one roll in the master for 6 people. Half a roll of paper towels and no hand soaps at any of the sinks. I went through a whole package of clorox wipes and every single one of the wipes were nasty after use. I ended up vacuuming the floors the moment I got here because they were that nasty. I contacted the management group and sent them pics within 20 mins of us being there and the only response I got was “ can we send someone to freshen up the floors for you?” I responded and said no because I had already vacuumed them myself and disinfected the whole place. The carpets needed to be professionally cleaned they were that nasty. I have never stayed somewhere where I couldn’t take my shoes off the whole time I was there. They did not provide extra towels so we had to wash them often. Shampoo and body wash where literally for one time use for one person and that did not include conditioner. No hairdryer, no beach towels and no extra blankets. The pool area was the only perk and was extremely fun! No beach access.

Nice Complex, Okay Room

We love going to Phoenix on the Bay in Orange, but this was our LEAST favorite condo. We could tell it was not owned by a person or family but by a company because there was nothing homie about it and there were very few conveniences inside. Also the upkeep could be much better. When we got there, the floor was sticky and throughout the week, the floor would turn feet black. So we had to wear slippers and flip flops the entire time we walked around. We were not told that there was no ice machine inside the room, which other properties we stayed in had them so we kind of expected it. So we had to buy ice everyday. The little ice maker in the freezer only produce enough ice to put in cups for drinks. And lastly, the dryer did not dry well. We had to put towels and cotton clothes for two whole round (beach towels 3 rounds) to get dry! Crazy! I think it needs some better care and upkeep— which can be worth it and done on a small budget. I don’t know if I feel like the money I spent was worth property 1412 at Phoenix on the Bay.

Great Location but needs help

So this is just my honest kind review. Cons: 1.The floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I'm not sure if this condo unit is using the old school braided mop that doesn't actually do anything but spread dirt around or what but it was awful. As soon as we arrived I placed my 9 month old in her walker so she could stretch her legs. It took us 15 mins to unload our car and in that 15 mins her feet were black. That day we walked around without shoes/socks on and my husband, myself, my 9 month old and my 3.5 year old all had grimy black feet. So what needs to be done is to buy a steam mop (about $60 because I have one at home) and go over the floor several times. It'll take some work but clean floors for your guests is a must. 2. No rugs were to be found except for the master bathroom. So at the front door and the sliding glass door you are tracking water, dirt, sand and whatever else all around. That doesn't help the not so clean floor problem. But it's also a slipping hazard. My 3.5 year old slipped and fell a couple times and I as well slipped a few times walking up and down the hallway. You are dragging your wet betting suits and pool toys through the condo to place outside to dry so you really do need some sort of rug to help with that. Again not an expensive thing at all. 3. I agree with everyone else about the couch. It was very uncomfortable. The arms had last all their padding and you basically were resting your arm or head on a 2x4. It definitely needs to be replaced. 4. Yes it is outdated. But who cares! You're there to be on the beach and at the pool not sitting in the condo all day long staring at the wall. If they just replaced the couch it would help. Everything these oh well not that big of a deal. Pros: 1. LOCATION! This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this complex. We are in love. Our kids had an absolute blast. The lazy river is fantastic. The pools are fantastic. The staff is always friendly. It's a 5 mins drive to the beach. Some of the best restaurants are literally on the same road, except Cobalts (OMG YUM). You cannot beat this place. 2. It's the basics. Everything you need is in house. They give you one thing of laundry detergent as well as dish detergent. Each bathroom has 1 roll of TP. The kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels. If you need extra just bring your own but we ended up not needing anything else more. Plenty of hangers in the master closet too for a weeks stay. So all in all it's all you need.

It was okay

Well the pool was closed even though it said it was open, that wasnt communicated until i “checked in” at the main office; there is a parking cost of $50. There is no beach even though the pictures show a small one, thats at the condos next door and theres a fence between the two properties so you cant go to it, its just a bunch of boats of people living there or own condos there; it’s really more of a long term stay apartment/condos, it would probably be fine for like families but not great if you want a beach. There was also no drapes of any kind on the back door/windows and half of the curtains were off so anyone across the way could look in at any time, especially at night when the lights were on. Its a cute place, probably a good place and cheap for families but it needs to be fixed up better.

Great Anniversary Weekend

We’ve been staying at Phoenix on the Bay for the past 10 years. This unit was comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the bay. A few things to mention are half the curtains are missing (this was not a problem for us) and a few spots on the carpet in master bedroom. Overall we were completely comfortable. Even booked another trip.
