everything was very nice, the people and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were, there was no large frying pan and can opener so we had to buy one and the outside patio door handle was broken off.
Orange Beach was gorgeous and made up for any let downs of the condo. The property we stayed at have elevator issues for the entire week we stayed. With this said, the 11th floor location created long waits to get up and down the building. Upon arrival the Master bedroom had minimal bedding, including no bed skirt. The carpets were in rough condition and the floors were not clean. Our bathroom had used contacts on the floor from the prior tenants. The unit looks to be currently for sale so Iâm not sure if this contributed to the condition. Also this unit is located by the elevators. So if nightly noise is a concern for you, be aware traffic can be heard.
Very dated; Not clean; No water pressure; slow running drains; Had to call maintanence to unstop kitchen sink; fishing wire holding railing on balconyl; rusted patio furniture; carpets filthly; non-existent wifi; pool was dirty and full of bugs; couch broken had to be replaced; frig doesn't stay cold; many small appliances don't work; many light bulbs out in every room and bulbs missing; very disappointing; dressers very shoddy drawers would fall out when opened;
