The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a large sectional, flat screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table, making it easy to gather for home cooked meals.
The primary bedroom is a serene escape with a king bed, flat screen TV, desk area, balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom provides another queen bed with ensuite access to the shared hall bathroom. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience.

The grilling area provides a great setting for outdoor dining, and you can engage in some friendly competition on the lighted tennis courts, basketball court, and racquetball. Additionally, the property caters to eco-friendly guests with 2 electric car charging stations.
CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham â every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix VI. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.
MONTHLY RENTALS The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
This is a good property. Newer than some others and the unit was nicely renovated. Pros: Nice big unit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Liquid Life was a great property manager. The welcome packs with soap, etc. were great! Check-in was so easy as compared to other Phoenix properties and property management groups. The process for getting parking passes was super quick and easy. We loved the communication from Liquid Life. We were easily able to extend our stay and got a small discount since the unit wasnât booked. A huge bonus for us that was unexpected was the EV charger. I drove my EV expecting to have to find a public charger. There are two EV spots at this complex that allowed me to charge my car onsite. Amazing amenity that was a huge help. Cons: The very tiny hot water heater gives you about 4 minutes of hot water. There were 4 of us, none of us got a good hot shower while there. The couch is very dirty. It needs a good deep cleaning. It was extremely dirty. The primary bedroom mattress was so so so hard. Finally, there is an odd issue when the wind blows hard. There were two nighttime storms when we were there. Essentially when the wind was blowing hard outside, there was an extremely loud whistling inside the condo. We had to crack the sliding door and then it would stop. Itâs not specific to this unit as other people in our group in other units had the same issue. Generally the unit could have been cleaner.
