Phoenix West 2506 - Three bedroom Beach Front Condo
Welcome home to this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather in the light-filled open living area. Sink into a comfy leather recliner and enjoy a favorite beach read or snuggle on the sofas and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. After a busy beach day, thereâs no better place to relax.
Youâll love the open layout of the all-white kitchen. Itâs fully equipped with everything you need, including tons of cabinetry and lots of counter space. Four high-backed chairs at the huge breakfast bar allow the crew to keep the chef company and an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker serves as the perfect drink and snack station. For meals or even game nights, the dining room hosts a large six-person dining table with incredible Gulf views.
When you need some time to yourself, head to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, where youâll find two King beds and one Queen bed. With plush carpeting, hotel-style linens, flatscreen TVs, and private bathrooms, each bedroom is its own retreat. This home also has a fourth bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living when you slide open glass doors to the private Gulf-front balcony. Whether sipping your morning coffee, lounging on a chaise, or dining al fresco at the table for six, youâll love the endless Gulf views. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Loved the property, great communication with rental and front desk. The condo was extremely comfortable and gorgeous. We had one tiny thing that needed fixed during stay, and it was remedied immediately. My only ask is- need cutting boards and spaghetti utensil- otherwise well stocked kitchen. Love that the property has security but each person has different rules for pool and wrist bands- made it confusing. Beach is so close, pool is great, parking was easy.
We were very glad there was such a nice variety of pools to play in as an alternative to the ocean on days when the water had rip current warnings & jellyfish. The living room also had a nice layout for a 3 generation family visit. The place was clean & nice. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was basic, but good.
We wish a few more disposable items had been included for the price. There were only 2 trash bags for the kitchen bin, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, no handsoap or kitchen soap (although there was some dishwasher detergent), and no coffee filters.
There is no cell reception in the building, as I expected. But there was also not a password secured wi-fi, so we couldn't set up wi-fi calling or log onto my work sites. We arrived late on day 1, so on day 2 we did communicate with the internet provider who setup a temporary password for us. However, it was then apparent the internet was too slow to even load basic google searches. The internet provider came on day 3 & replaced the router. The management was no help in these matters.
We reported several maintenance issues late on day 1, and only the balcony door lock was addressed. Management told us to call and report the issues to the front desk, so I did notify them both. The broken blinds, broken DVD remotes, broken kitchen trash can, missing toilet paper holder, jammed master French door, living room blind/shades out of their tracks, and blinking kitchen bar light were not addressed.
