**Guest Access**

Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, community pools, and private beach access.

**Other Things to Note**

* Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November.

* We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

* This is a 2-story home so there are stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.

The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! The place was beautiful and location was excellent! We would stay here again when back in the area! We had an issue with the internet when we first arrived but resolved quickly. Luckily we don't very often use the dishwasher as the layout was such that you couldn't open the dishwasher door all the way.

We will most definitely be back! This place checked all the boxes for us- clean, close to the beach, nice neighborhood. The hosts were so friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. They responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We can’t wait to book this place again!

Our stay at Tannin 2BR Cottage was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The cottage itself is cozy, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed—full kitchen, comfy beds. The pool was pristine and never crowded, and the private beach access just 100 steps away was a dream. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus.

We had an amazing stay! 10/10 recommend! The home is beautiful and smelled amazing! Very short walk to the beach, easy access. There was a container ouside with a wagon, umbrella, chairs and more! It made our first time to Alabama very memorable and made going to the beach a breeze. 10/10 would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Great property for a quick weekend getaway before school started back. Perfect size for our family of 5. Location was great with quick and easy access to the beach basically right across the street. Don’t worry about the traffic because there is a light and crossing to get you across with no worries. The pool is a few easy steps also from the front door and the kids loved this. We would stay here again!

Great Beach Stay

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at our house in the Village of Tannin. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean, stocked, and a short walk or bike ride to the State Park and private beach access. We loved the community pool and the proximity to great dining and activities in Orange Beach. Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking to unwind by the coast. We’ll definitely be back!

Our Stay

The house was great...communication was great...the only thing that i thought was not great....was the description of 100 steps to private access...it gave me the impression that we would be on the same side as the beach. Other than that...EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!
