Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

Lovely property with special amenities!

Beautiful condo with a great view. The position of balcony is not over the pool so it was quiet. Loved the chaise loungers on balcony - very relaxing. Special things that we noticed: lots of blankets, pillows, games, cards, ice maker made it super comfy and fun! The large shower is great. Hangers in the closet helped with unpacking. Plenty of laundry soap to keep up with clothing needs.. as well as dishwashing detergent. Seating in living room was lush! Husband enjoyed the recliner and leather sofa was extra nice! Plenty of tv channels to choose from. Close to lots of restaurants and owners left many recommendations! The elevators (3) we’re great and fast. Easy access to beach. Indoor pool was nice since we had some cool days. Beach is great with beach service. Parking was a breeze. We would love to return next year!

Always lovely!

We have stayed at Regency Isle five times, twice in this unit. The floor plan is perfect for our family and the owners of this condo are great - it’s just an easy stay. We also love where this building is located in Orange Beach - it’s quiet, but close enough to great restaurants. Thanks again for a great stay!

The Waves Are Calling
And I Must Go!

Our week-long stay was wonderful in every way. From our 4th-floor beach side balcony, we truly enjoyed the sound of the waves all day long. We enjoyed coffee on the comfortable patio as the day began. We took to the beach in the afternoons, or relaxed by the pool, or soaked in the hot tub. Evenings out was fun trying a variety of foods at several of the fabulous close-by restaurants. Then back to the condo to watch the sunset and plan our next glorious day. The Waves Called

Another splendid stay

This is the second year staying in this particular condo. My friend and I love tea and we found a tea pot which made our mornings extra special sitting out on the spacious balcony. This condo is clean, comfortable, spacious, and just lovely. The view is wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the pelicans feeding at all hours of the day. The owners are always very responsive and truly want your stay to be special. I cannot say enough how I have enjoyed staying and will stay again.

Wonderful Time

We absolutely loved our stay. Wish it could have been longer. Your place is lovely and more like a home instead of an overly beach themed spot. I liked that. We were not going to be sitting on the beach all day or swimming. We can’t physically do all that. I really appreciated the detailed information on the condo and how to find things. I will never not rent a place without ceiling fans on the balcony. Game changer. This trip was the best because of your condo.

Condo was spacious, clean, and easily accessible. Covered parking and easy access to the beach. Great views from the fourth floor. Short distance down the street to the Flora-Bama for entertainment.

Family Vacation

I went with my grandsons for a week at this condo in Orange Beach. It was great! The condo was lovely and just as pictured. It was very clean, and we had soaps & supplies. There is a beautiful view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. The pools and hot tub are well maintained, with an underwater, elevated pad section for small children. It is also a huge pool, so plenty of room for adults (and away from children, if desired). The inside pool is very nice, too!

Short Summertime Trip
