Situated on the tenth floor of tower D of Turquoise Place overlooking the beach and the Gulf, this remarkable water-side condo is the pinnacle of luxury. This spacious & coastal furnished condo provides the perfect getaway experience for any family, friend group, or corporate retreat. The living room and dining room create breathtaking views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico. The living room features a convenient Queen-sized sofa sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer combo, stacked microwave and oven, a sleek stove top range, toaster, and coffee maker. Mix up drinks from the wet bar that features an ice maker, blender, and wine cooler. Step out onto the private balcony & cook dinner on the stainless steel grill, then slip into your private hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo, sleeping 8, has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The adjacent master bath has a spa jet tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing. There were some issues with the balcony above us leaking water all into our balcony each night I guess from when they would be in their hot tub. There were some issues with TVs and remote controls and getting all those things to work that was a bit frustrating when the weather wasn’t good for going outside. The hot tub on the balcony was so nice for cooler nights. The pools, lazy river, and slide were well kept and fun!

Great place!

This place was clean, convenient, and everybody was very friendly! Location was perfect. The weather wasn’t the greatest while we were there, but we were happy to be able to enjoy the indoor pool. We really enjoyed everything about our stay!

Labor Day Weekend Stay at Turquoise Place

Upon arrival, it was quite confusing as to where to check in and park. We went in garage and there were several people just walking around not knowing where to go or how to get to check in desk. Once you found it, the two people sitting at the desk were not very helpful either. No map of place was given but you could go on line to see the layout they said!!! Really! With all luggage etc you have to go on line or view TV’s display in lobby to view. We selected our condo based on pictures of unit having 2 recliners because of my husband requiring recliners to sit & sometimes sleep in. We get to room and the recliners were removed & replaced with 2 uncomfortable chairs
no recliners. My husband was miserable the entire trip unfortunately. The couch is dated and worn and needs updating as well. Fresh paint job would also enhance the place. It’s very roomy and kitchen was nice and had nice selection of pots, pans, etc. View is awesome as well as patio with BBQ pit and hot tub! Bedding was very comfy x3 rooms. Unit was clean but think Master Bath had not been mopped so I did that upon arrival. For the amount of money this Unit charges, not so sure it’s worth it. We stayed at PhoenixII last year and found it to be very comparable but cheaper. Phoenix also has a much bigger lazy River. Not sure if we will stay at TP again due to price but felt I had to share comments as I feel I was a bit misled.

The unit was beautiful. Parking, check in and check out were super simple. Unit was clean!! Only gripe is several lightbulbs were not working ! We would stay here again.

Good Times

the property was typical Turquoise Place--which means it was very large with great amenities. We had three minor maintenance issues which were immediately taken care of. the weather didn't totally cooperate but there is plenty to do in the area so that wasn't an issue. We stayed from Aug 8-14 and had easy access to elevators and all the pools and beach. Great time had by all.

Do not stay in this unit!

My husband and I unknowingly slept on blood stained sheets for 3 nights. I did not check the sheets when we first got there because I assumed the sheets were clean. Three nights into our stay, I pulled the sheets completely back and on my husband’s side was a massive blood stain that went through 2 layers of sheets. When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone (DAYS later) they blamed it on us. It looked to me like stained period blood and I have had a hysterectomy. It was not from us. Not only did we sleep unknowingly on blood stained sheets for 3 nights in a row, but they blamed it on us. Unbelievable-do not stay here through VRBO! I am not one to complain but this experience was infuriating.

Very helpful personnel at Caribe and at Turquoise. Our family has been going to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores annually for almost 40 years. Turquoise was the best condos were ever rented. The surf was the cleanest we’ve ever experienced.

Nothing worked

We were not notified that the property was undergoing a large construction project prior to our arrival. None of the communal indoor jacuzzis were functioning and the indoor pool in our building was closed (we did verify things were closed due to construction and not due to COVID restrictions). The jacuzzi on our balcony was also broken and unable to be repaired during our stay. We wish we would have been told prior to our stay about the construction and the lack of amenities available to us at this time. We certainly understand that the area is undergoing repairs due to a recent hurricane, but we would have liked to have been aware of what was going on prior to check in. The condo itself was clean and very spacious, but we were not truly able to enjoy our stay, especially with so many of the property features being either closed or out of order. We did call during our stay and were refunded a small amount (not even a full night’s charge), however, it seemed too little too late.

We had a great stay at Turquoise Place

The condo is spacious and beautiful and thank goodness, since we went while 2 hurricanes were headed our direction. So a lot of time was spent in the condo. We had a little trouble with the jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a technician was sent out right away. The kitchen could use some additional cooking utensils, oven mitt, measuring spoons and supplying some hangers in the closet would be nice. There were no hangers at all. The 3 different pool options were nice, especially the indoor pool since we had a lot of rainy days. We would definetly stay here again!
