Located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach, AL, this spacious 1 Bed | 1 Bath condominium sleeps four with wonderful amenities and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing.

This condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and upgraded granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 at the table with room for 2 more at the bar. The spacious main living area features a sofa sleeper and 2 swivel chairs with a flat screen TV plus a beautiful view of the beach out of the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

My husband and I had a great stay in this condo! It was just the two of us, but this one bedroom would also be great for a family with 1-2 children because of the pull out couch! The condo was very clean and had a great balcony view of the beach. The location was great and very close to all restaurants in the Orange Beach area. We will definitely be booking again!

The property was a nice 1 bedroom. The toilet was leaking and the manager had someone there immediately to fix it. Kitchen was well equipped. There was no blankets for the bed and we were not thrilled about using the bed spread so we did have to go buy a blanket. That could have been an oversight by the cleaning staff - not sure. Overall it was a good value for the price and the location is great

It was a very nice and quaint condo. It was perfect for my little family. We used the pull out couch for my daughter (more for kids than adults) and had plenty of room for my son’s pack and play. The condo was well furnished. In a great location too with restaurants and shopping nearby. Access to the beach and pool was very convenient and close. The unit needs a new couch (sags down to frame when sat upon) but otherwise it was great!

The unit is beautiful and very well maintained. This is our second time staying with the renter and they have been very easy to work with. My only complaint with this property is they could do a better job cleaning elevators, windows and doors that go in and out.

This property has been updated nicely. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was prompt. The walls are very thin, which wasn’t an issue until our last there. Beautiful view of the beach.
