Bring your family of eight and vacation in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor of Phoenix East II in Orange Beach.

· Spacious living area features vibrant colors, leather furniture, and a flat-screen television.

· Fully equipped kitchen has sleek black appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and granite countertops.

· Dining area seats six with additional seating for three at kitchen counter.

· Master bedroom has a King-size bed with top of line new mattress, flat-screen television, and balcony access.

· Master bath has a granite vanity and tub shower combination.

· Guest bedroom features two full-size beds and a flat-screen television.

· Third bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen television.

· Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located inside condo.

· New carpeting installed June 2017 in all the bedrooms.

· Gulf-front balcony offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and additional dining options with Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining.

It was good but the refrigerator went out and we could not have anything cold until they brought In this beat up refrigerator to use that produce black ice and was not really clean. Other than that the stay was okay. The pictures were just what we expected.

Could have been cleaner & in better shape

There were drops of what appeared to be dried blood on the balcony along with some red sand & grit. The vanity sink in the master bedroom did not drain well at all. One of the beds had a broken leg on the frame (if you sat on the corner the rest of the bed raised up). Last but not least, there was a fingernail in our bed when we pulled back the covers on the first night.

Wonderful Condominium with fantastic views of the Pass

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the very well maintained condominium. The staff was very helpful and the condo was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with the views of the pass and also the beach, which was very wide and spacious. Also was nice to park our car and walk to several fine restaurants and the boat docks. We will be back next year.
