Coastal Getaway • 3BR Steps from the Sand + Pool + Elevator

Welcome to "Toes in the Sand". This is a 3 bed/2bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the low density "Seascape" complex in Orange Beach, AL.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, boasting all the large & small appliances, utensils & cookware needed to whip up a scrumptious meal.

The outdoor pool(not available during winter months) is at the front of the building and the beach access/boardwalk is only a few steps away on the Gulf side of the unit!

Parking for 2 vehicles is directly underneath the property (parking is single file and HOA is very strict regarding staying between the parking lines. Parking over or on the lines could result in vehicle being towed. There is also 1st come 1st serve parking located near the pool. There is not a parking fee with us.

The elevator located in the middle of the building allows you quick access to the 3rd floor.

The primary bedroom (king bed) and guest bedroom #1 (queen bed) is on the main floor. The upstairs loft (2nd twin beds) Over looks the main living area (no tv in this bedroom). Sleeper sofa in main living area sleeps 2.

The large glass sliding doors in the main living area as well as primary bedroom show case fantastic views of the Gulf.

Location, location, location we are centrally located and within walking distance to souvenir shops, restaurants, and entertainment including an arcade, go karts, mini golf and 5 minute walk to the beach. .

Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance at this property.

Added Conveniences: You will receive a follow up email after you book. Check-in information and door codes will be sent a day prior to your stay and then again at noon on the day of your arrival to the email address that you used to book your stay.

Complimentary STARTER supply: travel shampoos and soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and two kitchen trash bags are provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive
