The room was great and very big well accommodated for all 6 of us very comfortable. Nice balcony we could see all. The white building to the left of us did block fireworks view somewhat. It was on the 11th floor. Did not have to wait on elevators which was very nice carts were always available when we needed them. Just wished hot tub was bigger and we had one outside like the other phoenix hotels did. Very nice hotel and very clean. Nice people and property. We had plenty of parking which was nice also in the past that has been a problem was afraid to leave no where to park when you got back.

We arrived after a long day and some travel delays to a clean, spacious condo right on the beach. We were grateful to have a full kitchen to cook in and beds for everyone. The building has other amenities which were important to us, the indoor pool in case of bad weather, and a gym. Everything we needed worked well and it was a great trip.

Beach Trip June 2022

Wonderful property! Very few problems, the dish washer did not work properly and had a putrid smell coming from it. Which was not a big deal being we only ate in the condo one night. Overall, a good time was had by all and a good property to stay at!

Perfect For Families

The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The living area was open and displayed a wpnderful view of the beach. The master has a full beach view also. The weather got bad while we were there and the staff was helpful and made sure the pool was cleaned promptly. Will return!
