Escape with your loved ones to this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium along the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. Located on the 11th floor of Phoenix VIII, the getaway with wonderful amenities, sleeps eight and has exquisite tile throughout the condo and on the Gulf-front balcony.

The condo received substantial upgrades in 2017 highlighted by renovated bathrooms with granite countertops and tiled showers; new stainless-steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops; new living room furniture and fresh paint throughout.

· Warm and inviting living area with Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, armchair, and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen television.

· Rustic tile backsplash, new stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops in fully equipped kitchen.

· Stools for three at breakfast bar and chairs for six around dining area table.

· Splendid master bedroom with King-size bed, balcony access through floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors, and a flatscreen television.

· Master bathroom now featured a tiled shower and bathtub combination, large single-sink vanity, and granite countertop.

· Second bedroom with a nautical blue decor has two twin-size bed and a flatscreen TV.

· Second bathroom has a single-sink vanity, granite countertop and a new tiled, walk-in shower.

· Third bedroom with a coastal feel has a Queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV.

· Large, front-loading washer and dryer.

· Spectacular Gulf-front views await guests from the tiled balcony with ample seating, including a table with four chairs and a chaise lounge.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We arrived after a long day and some travel delays to a clean, spacious condo right on the beach. We were grateful to have a full kitchen to cook in and beds for everyone. The building has other amenities which were important to us, the indoor pool in case of bad weather, and a gym. Everything we needed worked well and it was a great trip.

Wonderful property! Very few problems, the dish washer did not work properly and had a putrid smell coming from it. Which was not a big deal being we only ate in the condo one night. Overall, a good time was had by all and a good property to stay at!

Orange Beach Getaway

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. Our stay was enjoyable. Beaches are clean and well maintained. Numerous places to dine. Pleasant weekend!

Perfect For Families

The 3 bedrooms were spacious. The living area was open and displayed a wpnderful view of the beach. The master has a full beach view also. The weather got bad while we were there and the staff was helpful and made sure the pool was cleaned promptly. Will return!
