Rising high above the surf on the 14th floor, this Phoenix X condo provides a spacious 3 bed/3 bath vacation rental, ideal for your family's beachfront retreat! The open floor plan and classic coastal decor create the perfect ambiance for experiencing the "Salt Life". With mesmerizing Gulf views, intoxicating salt air, and a balmy breeze, the private balcony invites you to relax and take in a picturesque Gulf Coast sunset.

Step inside to discover a large living room, offering ample space for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy movies or TV shows on the expansive Smart TV featuring both cable and streaming options. Adjacent to the living room, the spacious dining area seats 6 at the dining table and an additional 5 at the bar. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with all your cooking essentials. A stackable washer and dryer ensure your laundry needs are effortlessly met throughout your stay.

The King suite provides access to the balcony and is accompanied by a private bath featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. Both guest rooms are equipped with private baths, each featuring a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, complete with cable and streaming options. For your added convenience, High-Speed Internet is also provided throughout the unit.

Please note: Parking registration is required for onsite parking. A valid email address and mobile number are required for registration. We will complete the registration for you, and you will receive an email containing a link to register and pay for your parking registration.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Walk to nearby restaurants like the FloraBama Old River Grill and the FloraBama Yacht Club, and just steps away, experience live music at the legendary FloraBama on the beach. For added excitement, the FloraBama Marina offers jet-ski rentals, deep-sea fishing charters, and dolphin cruises. There's truly something for everyone!

Please be aware that parking passes must be purchased at the Front Desk for a one-time fee of $55 per vehicle upon arrival and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times throughout your stay.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.

Amenities were excellent, the personnel was excellent, the condo was clean, but the furniture seemed old, the sofas were stained. The mirrors were old with markings. For the price we would have expected a more updated living area. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice.

Three of us stayed for golf trip and everything was fantastic. The location (right next door to Flo-Bama) and convenient to golf courses in OB/GS. Very clean unit and comfortable.
