A great beach getaway

The view was great. The condo was spacious. Beds were comfy. Access to the beach was good. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella, right there on the beach. which was great.

Quiet and clean. Only issues was patio door leaked badly during heavy rainstorm. Also TV in one room did not work.

GROSS PROPERTY!

This property is rundown, filthy, not as pictured, hall bath shower so mildewed a towel had to be put on the floor to keep our feet off it and the AC vent was filthy, duvet covers and white throw pillows filthy, paint peeling off cabinet doors, carpet disgustingly filthy. I sprayed a can of Lysol on hard surfaces and could have used two more. A cloth arm chair was so filthy we couldn’t sit in it. Fortunately the sofas were leather and could be wiped down. I believe it’s fair to say this property has not been updated since it was built. Why didn’t I didn’t call housekeeping? Why should I? They’re the ones who left this mess! I have pictures to prove the condition of this condo. What a disappointment !!!! If a property manager was doing their job, they would know the well-being of each unit and if it was properly cleaned (a surprise spot check to see if housekeeping is doing their job), up to date, and accurately represented on VRBO.
