Horrible
The condo has black mold in one bathroom. They had a leak which I have pictures never painted it so the first night in the shower my husband saw and felt to see if it was black mold from water and it was. Called management they sent someone up and he looked at it (Not tested it)! And went back and said it was not mold which it definitely is! The person called me and said his results was not mold I told her I have pictures ans would speak to my attorney because my grandson is highly allergic to mold which she said
She was speaking to someone and they said we may have to leave to property because I mentioned an attorney!! So someone else called forgot her name said they were hiring a company to come in when we leave to take care of this and she would give me a refund because they had no where to put us and because this was our family vacation we could just not go home! So we closed the bathroom and did not use and we had 8 people in one bathroom! The shower curtain had mold on it and should be replaced after every tenant!!! Horrible horrible situation!! They did say they only had to repair the bathroom not paint it to rent it but this should not have been rented with black mold in it much less showing!! This is a huge liability for the owner and rental company!!! I paid 4000.00 for 4 nights expecting something nice because of
The price instead had a place that made my grandsons allergies worst and us scared to us the bathroom!!
