Top of the Line! Great Three Bedroom Four Bath Condo!!

Oasis 3009, formerly known as Phoenix West II 3009



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with a 70'' SMART TV in the living room, a 60'' SMART TV in the master, 50'' SMART wall mounted TV in the 2nd bedroom and 50'' SMART wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout!!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views with a hightop table for 2, best spot on the beach for dolphin watching! A wet-bar with a wine-cooler will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin over queen sized custom bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower with dual shower heads. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a standard coffee maker.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The place was gorgeous. Only thing that was bad on my stay was the coolest little dive bar across the road that I have had many fun times in was closed. The weather was perfect and the furniture on the patio was absolutely spot on. The double heads in the shower feel great after a long day. Thank you so much.

We spent 5 days at The Oasis and everything about the property was great! We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the 30th floor!Traveling with a big family this place had everything we could have wanted

Perfect set up for a large group

Loved having so many bathrooms and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Internet was not that great but I’m not sure if it was because of the tropical storm or not. It would have been nice to have had more than one roll of TP for each bathroom since we stayed a week with 8 people. Nice to have washer and dryer as we did several loads of towels and washcloths. We would have liked to have hooks to hang things on and have charging stations by the beds.

Maintenance was lacking; very little cell phone service

Nice unit, but somewhat worn
lightbulbs out and lamps missing knobs. We rented because of the kids room setup, which the kids loved. All beds were very comfortable. There was sand in the kids’ beds and the unit was pretty dusty, the fault of the cleaning crew. The kids loved the slide and lazy river and hot tub. Having to pay $45 for parking was irritating. It was definitely not bad, but not as nice as we are usually accustomed to.

AMAZING!!

This place looks as stunning as the pictures. Our family loved our stay in mid-October and the location was perfect. Very close to the so many restaurants and the beach roomy so you didn’t feel crowded. Even with the extra guests that came to Orange Beach because of a hurricane about a month earlier. I will say that since we were on the 30th floor elevators were busy, especially with the increase of people staying at the resort. But besides waiting for the elevators, you didn’t feel the crowd anywhere else. As for the condo, the two things I could think to improve the place would be if the ice machine by the bar was fixed and if they had a Fire Stick or Roku on the main living room TV. My family was wanting to watch a movie on Disney+ from our subscription, but we didn’t have a way to sign in through the TV. So we all huddled around our iPad. We would definitely stay again and we had a great time

Over Price Not Newly remodeled

This property was advertised as luxury and newly remodel. It has mold in alot of the rooms. Ice maker didn't work and was full of mold. The bunk beds looked cool from ad but we're not very safe. They had nails coming threw the wood and sharp to touch. Elevators took forever some days and the room was on the 30th floor so stairs with a little one and beach items was not an option. We have rented the last three years in this building and spent far less money for nicer condos...

Black mold in master bath, ice maker not working, not cleaned well, bugs, scratched floor, dirty walls. Otherwise, location was excellent, ocean was excellent.

Ice maker didn’t work, half of the lightbulbs in the condo were blown (had super high ceilings so couldn’t change them out), none of the remotes had batteries in them, thermostat had a problem cooling the condo and was frequently freezing up, no lock on balcony door, mold all in master bathroom on vents and on ceiling. Definitely not worth the money.

Great place for a family get away!

Great condo! Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable and nice furniture. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 people but could have easily hosted 8 and allowed everyone their own bed comfortably. We were very pleased with the set up. Be prepared to have patience with the elevators. Not sure why a building of that size only has 6 elevators for beach going families but it is what it is. That is really the only negative and to be honest it wasn’t bad all the time. Just like traffic in your home town you just need to plan accordingly and you just know that certain times of the day there will be a wait. Again though, the condo itself was very nice. We would most definitely come back and rent condo 3009 again!

Awesome trip to Orange Beach

We loved our time at Phoenix West II, suite 3009. The place is big and well furnished, with lovely views of the ocean. The bunk bed room really helped with the kids having sleepover parties with their friends who also stayed in the same complex. The only thing I would mention is the check-in time (4:30 pm), is the same time everyone is coming off the beach, so we had to wait for an elevator for a while when we were bringing our stuff up. Other than that we loved our stay and would visit again!

Family Spring break!

I would highly recommend this property! The unit was amazing. We had 9 people in our party from 10 years old to 74 years old and everyone loved it. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is 2 days before we arrived we found out the basketball/tennis court was closed because the roof needed repaired. Our rental agent worked with us and was great. We will definitely book this same location again and cant wait to go back.

Great location, with nice beach

We had a great stay, the condo met all out needs and there was a great beach for the kids ( we had 6- ages 2 to 11). Only negative is the condo was not as clean as we would like. Stained/ rough bedding, beds sloppily made, pillows with cases that were too small.
