We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements

We had the best time in Orange Beach! This condo in Turquoise Place was amazing with the upscale appliances and extra-touch finishes. The decor was cheerful, classy, and comfortable. We loved the openness and space. The condo had so many extras including a wine cooler fridge, ice maker, bar area, ensuite bathrooms, extra large dining table, plantation shutters, and more, but you did not feel crowded at all. Even the laundry room was huge with a full size washer and dryer set. The balcony was very spacious and we could watch football and sunsets from the hot tub. The location of this condo was perfect for restaurants and grocery runs. Our weather was perfect as was our trip. Thank you to the owners for great/quick communication and for sharing their condo!!

Clean room, great beach, pools were mid, beautiful view. Televisions need updated. Access smart tv features thru dish. Not super convenient and very glitchy. All other amenities were very nice.
