Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Loved this beautiful property!!!♄

One of the BEST rental properties we have stayed in. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and has plenty of room. All modern appliances, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was the most well equipped and organized I have ever seen in a rental. Would definitely recommend this property for your next beach getaway !!

The unit was just as described. Location was great. Pools were fantastic, especially the indoor heated pool since we went in April and it was a bit cold outside.

Orange Beach 2024 Grandsugar Vacation

Had an amazing and relaxing time! The Phoenix Condos never disappoint. This is our 3rd time staying in Orange Beach with our grandkids and we always have a beautiful ocean view and we love the east beach access and relaxing pools.

Great getaway with a view

We loved our vacation condo. The balcony overlooks the gulf and there is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay side. The beach was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

We loved our stay. The Phoenix 8 is incredible. The pool is so much fun. The view from the balcony is so gorgeous. It was exactly what I was looking for. The beach is so quiet and beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

The HIGH RISE condo is located right on the beach Gulf side, just keep in mind this is 1 of Many this size so it will be HUGE. The room was decorated nice and the bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well equipped for our family and friends.

Great property

All was fantastic. The only hangup for the condo we were in was could only use gym during business hours. I workout early and could not go. Other than that a great experience

Gorgeous View and Adorable Condo!

This condo absolutely lived up to the photos and was stocked with kitchen items way more than I expected. I took my two boys there for a few days over fall break and we had a great time. Definitely worth the extra money to get a place on a higher floor, and this particular place was also comfortable and adorably decorated. The condo building itself feels like it needs some updates, but it absolutely suited us perfectly for a few days.
