Overall, the property was great. There was easy access to the beach. The only issue we experienced was with the dryer. It didn’t matter how many pieces of clothing we washed, we had to run the dryer a few times. Other than that, everything was great.

Condo was nice but there was definitely a lack of that “homey” feeling. Several things were still very dated, no door to vanity bathroom area in the master, bathroom stool was gross. There’s no closet space so be prepared to step over your luggage the whole time. Although this is more a building problem than condo problem, the elevator was horrible. It easily took 20 min to get up and down because of the slowness and lack of elevators. For the price I would think you would at least get an extra roll of toilet paper and a washing machine pod to get you started? It was fine but for the price it lacked a lot.

Great place! Needs a little maintenance/housekeeping attention

While the unit was very comfortable and spacious, there were a few maintenance/housekeeping issues. The kitchen sink was clogged when we arrived. We plunged it to clear it. The shower curtain had mold on it. The floors were sticky (as if a dirty mop had been used?), and the fitted sheet had 2 stains on it. One of the elevators was out - on a holiday weekend - making for a long wait most of the time.
