Welcome to “Waterside,” a wonderful beachfront vacation rental that includes two properties (Heavenly Sunrise & Heavenly Sunset). This gorgeous Gulf-front property in Orange Beach sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and golden sun of the Gulf. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, FL.

Rent "Waterside" and spread out with 10 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and sleeping space for a total of 32 guests. This rental features two separate, identical halves—like two side-by-side townhomes. Each half has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and can be rented either separately or together.

This listing is for the entire two-sided property, which presents a whopping 5,200 square feet of interior living space, not to mention 6 private, covered balconies. Two balconies on the North side of the house overlook the pool, and four on the Southside face feature an expansive view of the Gulf and beach.

A huge, sparkling swimming pool, with lounge chairs and a shaded pergola, may just be your favorite place to spend the afternoon. However, there are many nearby options to tempt you away from your poolside lounging: Restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores is 3.9 miles to the west, and it’s only 2.5 miles to Orange Beach Blvd. to the east.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

NOTE: As mentioned, each half of "Waterside" is completely separate from the other, with walls and their own private entrances. To access one side from the other, guests must use one of the doors at the exterior of the property.

Each side of the property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 4 bathrooms.

First Floor- Two Bedrooms

Two first-floor bedrooms—one on each side of the property—both have a king-sized bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Second Floor - 8 Bedrooms

The second floor has 8 bedrooms (4 on each side)—4 with plush king beds and 4 custom bunk-rooms.

Two bunk rooms have new custom bunks featuring queen over queen bunks and a twin xl over twin xl bunk (sleeps 6 per room). Two more rooms offer two twin xl over twin xl custom built bunk beds (sleeps 4 per room) The custom twin bunks will accommodate children or adults with the twin XL mattresses. All sets of custom bunks were added Winter on 2022.

Four more king bedrooms (all with Gulf views!) feature their own private bathrooms. Two bedrooms showcase the Gulf view through big windows; the other two have their own private, beachfront balconies where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!

The Living Spaces

The first floor on each half features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach! From here, access a covered, private balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach from comfy Adirondack chairs.

Outside, the ground-level, covered patios are equipped with a picnic table and porch swing to enjoy the seabreeze while staying shaded from the sun. Here, you can also rinse off all the salt and sand in the freshwater outdoor showers. The big, sparkling pool is steps away—and its all yours!

Kitchen and Dining

Two kitchens are both fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including coffee makers and double-door fridges with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

Two dining areas each feature an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The adjacent kitchen islands with 5 barstools make a great “kids table.” In total, there is dining space for 26 people. And don’t forget the picnic tables underneath the house on the patio!

Amenities include free WIFI, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
