The master suite, located on the main level, has a 32" smart TV, and is attached to a laundry room with washer & dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite opens up to its own, private deck and seating overlooking the back lawn.
The second bedroom with a queen bed, has a 32" smart TV, and is located on the second floor looking out over its own sundeck. A second full bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom has a 32" Smart TV and has two sets of twin bunkbeds (4 beds).
There is an outdoor shower for washing sandy toes, and a wash down station for fishing rods and equipment. Room for 3 cars under the house and 4 more in the driveway!
Within two residential blocks of our house, you'll have access to 4 clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. Bring your boat with you! You can use our private, gated boat launch and marina (with use of our boat slip--30' max length--available upon request at no additional charge) that empties into Bay La Launch (the ICW), just steps from our house. Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have use of an olympic & children's pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water slide, a total fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym with basketball courts, and game room, all for a nominal day-pass fee of $10 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pool is all you want, a discount pass for multiple visits is also available at the aquatics center.
