PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Casa del Sole Two-bedroom townhome is situated just a few steps from the white-sandy shore and tranquil turquoise waters of the world-renowned Eagle Beach of Aruba, rated #1 beach in the Caribbean and #3 in the world. Plan your sunny getaway to this tastefully furnished beach house, located within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. This spacious and modern 3-level luxury vacation rental offers you a back patio with a private swimming pool (up to 5ft deep), an outdoor shower, and a 4-seat outdoor dining table to enjoy the island weather. Additionally, you have a large private rooftop terrace with a partial ocean view completed with a 4-seat outdoor dining table plus 2-chaise lounges.

The living area is located on the first level with a large fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer, a 6-seat round glass dining table, a sofa-bed with additional chairs plus a large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a swimming pool. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the master en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free wireless internet in the unit, and at the resort pool, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds and a sofa-bed.

THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool with a Hot Tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Furthermore, there is a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ-grills plus an ice machine, a fitness room, a Massage & Therapy Spa (Blue Waters Day Spa), free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex, and a communal rooftop area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby.
